“I woke up thinking I was going to get my car repaired and ultimately decided that it was time for something new. This was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership. Jacob (my car salesman) and Kevin (the finance manager) went above and beyond to make this experience more than what I expected it to be! When I got to the dealership Jacob was already waiting with vehicles in my price range, keys and a plan. Kevin made the financing portion EASY!!! Let’s throw in a little razzle dazzle… I brought my son with me. while we waited for the financing portion, Jacob was friendly to my son, entertained him and got to know us. This was more than a sales experience. We will definitely be coming back to flow SOON! Thank you for understanding the need, and my urgency for a vehicle Jacob and Kevin!”

He answered all my questions and made the process of buying a motorcycle from them seamless. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional are how I would describe dealing with this business. I traveled out of state, over 600 miles, to pick up my motorcycle. And it was well worth it. Getting to meet John and his wife was a pleasure. Their showroom has quite a nice collection of motorcycles. I went there to pick up my Victory motorcycle, but it was cool seeing all the nice rides they had in the showroom. “We had a really good experience buying an all-electric VW ID-4. We worked with Josh and he couldn’t have been better with the entire process: even despite a few setbacks with the first car, Josh made sure that the 2nd ID-4 was in good shape. We’re very pleased with our first EV and trying to do our part to limit global carbon emissions, which we feel is the near future of the American car industry. We have since had one error message come on, about the electrical system, which we researched online and just brought into service. The car is still driving well. We worked with Barbara in service, who was extremely kind and skilled in our concerns and is getting us a loaner car hastily. We recommend Carmax in Winston and especially Josh in sales and Barbara in service, no matter what type of car you need!”
