“I woke up thinking I was going to get my car repaired and ultimately decided that it was time for something new. This was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership. Jacob (my car salesman) and Kevin (the finance manager) went above and beyond to make this experience more than what I expected it to be! When I got to the dealership Jacob was already waiting with vehicles in my price range, keys and a plan. Kevin made the financing portion EASY!!! Let’s throw in a little razzle dazzle… I brought my son with me. while we waited for the financing portion, Jacob was friendly to my son, entertained him and got to know us. Dane and Gene are great folks, I felt that they were transparent & trustworthy throughout the entire process (which is noteworthy in the world of car sales). They can help you put a car up for consignment sale, making the entire process efficient and painless, all while maximizing what you get as a seller. They will handle all of the work behind the scenes for a fee - advertising, test drives with potential buyers, title work, and any financing for the buyer. They are a great option for selling a car if you’re moving out of state; I was able to drop my car off just before moving & the whole process happens without my needing to be there in person. I got far more than I would have by trading in the vehicle (especially with a salvage title car, as places are apt to lowball you). Would absolutely recommend America's Auto Mart for selling (or buying) your vehicle!”

“Paul and Thomas were great! Nice guys and very helpful. Sale was smooth and without a lot of haggling. I did my research an the price they gave me was very fair right out of the gate. The stand behind their vehicles too! I found a that a couple of door lock actuators were not working after first few days and they fixed it right away with no hassle, no charge. I did have to arrange a ride and drop the car off overnight for service. When a low beam bulb burnt out about 3-4 weeks later I also found missing low beam headlight boots. Who would throw those away? They bought new ones right away no charge. I picked up OEM parts at the dealer and put them on myself. Good company, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Third purchase from CarMax in a little over two years. If you have your ducks in a row ( new license plate or keeping old, title, registration, proof of insurance) it is about a seamless process as you can get. No pressure from sales staff for add ons or finding hidden fees. My last purchase was completed in a little over two hours with the longest portion being the documents and signatures. Transfer fees are non-refundable so I waited for a vehicle to show up I was interested in that had a transfer fee I was comfortable with and paid to have it transferred to the nearest CarMax.
Did I save a bunch of money? Better than a dealer but not crazy amounts on the vehicles I bought. Was it worth going to CarMax areas of a dealer?
Unless you are wanting a brand new car I would highly recommend CarMax.”
