I was there on a weekend and it was very busy. I was trying on some clothes in the fitting room where it was very crowded. I was on the hunt for some jeans. It’s been a while since I’ve been Jean shopping so I already knew it was about to be a struggle for me. I was trying on everything I could find and nothing would work. This is the part where I would never forget. In the midst of the crowd of people in the fitting room, she approached me directly. I was on the last pair of trying on jeans before I was about to give up and walk out because of no luck. She directly approached me out of everybody in there and asked, ”Is everything ok?” “Is there something I can help you with?” She noticed I was struggling. I didn’t have to ask for help or nothing. She stayed with me and pulled out her best recommendations and I found 2 pairs of jeans that worked for me. Thank you so much Willow! I really appreciate your help and great customer service! I will be back.”

“I went into torrid today to return some bras I ordered online. They did not fit me and I’ve had a difficult time finding bras that fit. I was greeted by the lovely girl Laura and she was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and patient and very sweet. I tried on probably 7 different variations of bras and she was there to help and check on me throughout and I am very appreciative!!”

Penny took her in hand and brought her clothes in the fitting room for two hours until she found an array of blouses, pants and sweaters that pleased her. Since she got home, my 89-year-old mother has rearranged her closet to accommodate her purchases and has stayed up late at night coordinating new outfits.”
“I arrived for my appointment at 2:30. My stylist was a little late getting me in the chair, but I understand that appointments don’t always go as planned. She shampooed my hair and explained the products she was using. Since I was getting a silk press, she was very gentle while blow drying my hair to straighten it before going over it with a flat iron. She also made sure to remind me to cover my ears. The trim was done to perfection, she went over it several times to ensure it was styled appropriately, with layers and a length that I was completely satisfied with.”
“Loved this store. It had all the new trendy clothes my daughter was looking for. Great atmosphere. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. I highly recommend this store and will be back again and again!”

“My teenage daughter is very picky about her clothes and LOVES the solid colored trendy clothes this store offers and personally I love the prices! Super affordable. In the past when shopping here we have never been greeted or treated kindly but I’m fine with it bc hey, she is happy and their clothes range from 7-15$ per piece so it’s fine. The associates rolling their eyes at me or sighing when I ask for help getting something high up didn’t bother me, it just made me want to get in and out quickly. Today when shopping I was blown away by a very helpful bubbly associate named Ashley who went above and beyond her duties to help my daughter. I asked her name and told her how much I appreciated her help and her kindness. She said she had worked in retail for so long. We will come back bc we love their clothes and prices and I really hope Ashley is there. She truly made our shopping experience pleasant. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews like this but she truly made my day and I hope this company values her character as much as I did today.”
