“I am mainly an online shopper, but this Loft store has changed my mind and I will definitely come back for in store shopping! I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help, at least 4 or 5 times if I wanted to put something in a fitting room… in short, so much amazing customer service is to be had at this store. The sales associates are truly amazing - they were all very busy too because they were moving clothes from the main area to a sales area, but had time to make sure that I was being helped. Definitely recommend this store not only for their amazing clothes, but for the great help they were to me- even when I was in the fitting room I was checked up on to see if I needed a different size. Great job Loft!”

“This is the best store I have been too in winston salem . I literally bought a DKNY long line winter coat that was $450 for $20 SHOCKING ? ? ? The staff was super friendlyThey had so much products I couldn't even go through everything. I will have to go back when ever I am in town.I bought some knee high boats for $14.My only suggestion is for them to have more high end clothing and shoes for children that are elementary school age.This store is better than Marshall's , Burlington and tj maxxThe store was well organized nothing was on the floor and it was not messy like other liquidation stores.There vestibule section was nice with seating and clean carpet.”

“Very cute boutique. I found a few keepers at a reasonable price! Right now there's some construction that has shut down the front entrance, so the only way to get in is through the back, which I don't think is wheelchair accessible. My only other complaint was that the dressing room felt very exposed, it's a set of swinging doors in the corner that only really cover your midsection, and as a taller person I felt like I had to crouch a bit. As for the clothes themselves, they're definitely more from an older crowd, so not trendy, but high quality and affordable.”

“I visited Soma to get fitted and get some bras. It was my first time at Soma and I will definitely be going back! Two ladies were working, one is named Vicky and I didn’t catch the other woman’s name, but both were absolutely amazing! I called ahead because I was arriving 30 min before close and wanted to make sure that would be enough time and wouldn’t cause any trouble. They were happy to help me and never made me feel rushed. Plus, I love my new bras! The wireless bras feel great and are actually supportive. Highly recommend!”

“I arrived at Kohl's ready to shop for workout clothing, however Sephora caught my eye and I went in there on my way to try on the stuff I had picked out. The staff member working that day was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me find the perfect moisturizer for my skin based on the answers I provided to her questions. In fact, I was so appreciative of her attentiveness and of the fact she truly wanted to help me, that I ended up re-racking the clothes, and only got the moisturizer from Sephora. I will definitely be shopping at this location again...customer service will win me over EVERY time it is executed properly, and will have me going elsewhere when it isn't. The lady working at Sephora on 1/26 made me a regular customer with her outstanding service! Kudos!”

The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. “I finally checked out the store and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing was their size inclusivity. Everything went from sizes Extra small to 3X. This is a more expensive athleisure store but I was able to find a pair of shorts on sale for $20. The staff was also very nice and they have an extra cash register by the fitting room so you do not have to wait in line. My husband wish they carried men's clothes because of how good my experience was.”

“I bought a pair of New Balance shoes in May of 03. After a little over a month and a half one of the shoes developed a squeak. After searching and trying to rid the squeak, even to the point of taking the shoe to a repair shop, only to find out that there was no way to stop it.I contacted customer service at their home office and explained my problem and with the the help of the store manager they were willing to exchange my shoes for another pair.This to me is a good example of what customer service is and how to be treated by store management.”
