“This was my first visit to this Kohl's in Winston-Salem. This store is very spacious and was pretty dang clean. The whole place is well taken care of, though there were some sections that were a bit disorganized. There were some good winter deals going on when I went. Parking lot is also very spacious.
Overall though, this place has great staff who were super friendly and helpful.”

“I unfortunately lost the sales associates information I had requested a contact number, along with her name. I had the best customer service ever in a Cato's!! She was wonderful and even though it was close to closing up the store, she was so pleasant, no attitude stopped what she was doing and gave me full attention with out seeming annoyed. I travel quite a bit and go to various Cato's and I have felt the brunt of not so pleasant associates. I could go on and on. Just to sum it up, BEST CATO'S EVER! I was there on a weekend and it was very busy. I was trying on some clothes in the fitting room where it was very crowded. I was on the hunt for some jeans. It’s been a while since I’ve been Jean shopping so I already knew it was about to be a struggle for me. I was trying on everything I could find and nothing would work. This is the part where I would never forget. In the midst of the crowd of people in the fitting room, she approached me directly. I was on the last pair of trying on jeans before I was about to give up and walk out because of no luck. She directly approached me out of everybody in there and asked, ”Is everything ok?” “Is there something I can help you with?” She noticed I was struggling. I didn’t have to ask for help or nothing. She stayed with me and pulled out her best recommendations and I found 2 pairs of jeans that worked for me. Thank you so much Willow! I really appreciate your help and great customer service! I will be back.”
“The staff is so friendly and always greets you when you enter the store and leave. The location is perfect for customers to park and shop freely . The store window displays make you want to come in and shop , guarantee you will not leave out the door without purchasing something. The different sizes and styles are very much up to date with the lastest fashions that make any customer feel like a superstar. I absolutely love their selection of plus size women clothing , whereas I can find intimates and shoes ,even sleepwear and active wear. I absolutely love shopping Catos stores because they carry all the styles that fit my style and budget.”

“I went into torrid today to return some bras I ordered online. They did not fit me and I’ve had a difficult time finding bras that fit. I was greeted by the lovely girl Laura and she was beyond helpful and knowledgeable and patient and very sweet. I tried on probably 7 different variations of bras and she was there to help and check on me throughout and I am very appreciative!!”

Michelle and Adrianna (every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming not just at the registers, but also on the floor) are very helpful while checking out even offered to help us open store credit card which not only saved a tremendous amount of money but offers rewards and sales incentives. Penny took her in hand and brought her clothes in the fitting room for two hours until she found an array of blouses, pants and sweaters that pleased her. Since she got home, my 89-year-old mother has rearranged her closet to accommodate her purchases and has stayed up late at night coordinating new outfits.”
“I arrived for my appointment at 2:30. My stylist was a little late getting me in the chair, but I understand that appointments don’t always go as planned. She shampooed my hair and explained the products she was using. Since I was getting a silk press, she was very gentle while blow drying my hair to straighten it before going over it with a flat iron. She also made sure to remind me to cover my ears. The trim was done to perfection, she went over it several times to ensure it was styled appropriately, with layers and a length that I was completely satisfied with.”
“Loved this store. It had all the new trendy clothes my daughter was looking for. Great atmosphere. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. “Had a WONDERFUL shopping experience today, mainly thanks to TeAndre(sp?) and the other gentleman, who provided excellent customer service! I was trying to decide on a Christmas gift for my son. Since they both were around my son’s same age, they gave very friendly and helpful advice that persuaded my purchase decision. Also, TeAndre went above and beyond to assist with my discount, since I’m still old school and hardly ever use apps. I did have a mishap in canceling one purchase, but the managers resolved it quickly and efficiently. The entire staff was awesome! In addition, the store was super clean and orderly. “My teenage daughter is very picky about her clothes and LOVES the solid colored trendy clothes this store offers and personally I love the prices! Super affordable. In the past when shopping here we have never been greeted or treated kindly but I’m fine with it bc hey, she is happy and their clothes range from 7-15$ per piece so it’s fine. The associates rolling their eyes at me or sighing when I ask for help getting something high up didn’t bother me, it just made me want to get in and out quickly. Today when shopping I was blown away by a very helpful bubbly associate named Ashley who went above and beyond her duties to help my daughter. I asked her name and told her how much I appreciated her help and her kindness. She said she had worked in retail for so long. We will come back bc we love their clothes and prices and I really hope Ashley is there. She truly made our shopping experience pleasant. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews like this but she truly made my day and I hope this company values her character as much as I did today.”
