I went to the store after two weeks of phone tag with customer support over the phone, basically giving me the runaround with people that don’t know what they are doing at all. So in the store I was dealing directly with management, Vikki is a really nice and knowledgeable person to deal with and we had to call customer Loyalty to get all the mistakes corrected from at least 10 different people. Vikki the store manager was able to get everything corrected, the level professionalism is great with this store. Y’all got a five star from me thanks for your help.

I stopped into the ATnT store in Locust, NC on April 27th and was pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I only had to wait less than 5 mins and then had the pleasure of being waited on by Malik. He was so pleasant answered every question, took his time with me and made sure when I left with my new phone (under an hr later) I had his number in case I had issues with the transfer of data. He smiled through the whole process and it was such a joy dealing with this young man. You should be very proud to have Malik representing your Brand.
