“I bought a used car from Tim Marburger Honda this past summer 2023 and they have gone the extra mile for me, I am a senior and the dedication, strong customer service, honesty, they have shown me has been amazing, so hard to find in car dealers these days and they back their word and service. They have a very strong Business Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Staff, You need to give them a chance to show you how amazing they are. They work hard together to make a great team and it shows. I have had previous BAD experiences with car dealers and finding this dealer was the light at the end of the tunnel, Truly a blessing this day and time. Update: I have been back since for service on my car and they have an EXCELLENT SERVICE Department, Thank you sincerely to Andrew Diedrich, Service Manager & Staff for your dedication to "Make Everything Right" motto when a customer brings in their vehicle for repair. Everyone in the Service Department is so cordial and caring explaining what has/had to be done in your repair, they have a nice waiting area with coffee/bathrooms close by. Everyone is very friendly and the wait is not bad at all for your repair & if the repair takes longer the Manager and Staff explain to you in detail what is going on.
This is the best Car Dealer Albemarle, NC has to offer and they are up front and HONEST with a HOME TOWN approach to taking care of their customers too. This is what buying a car Honest is all about and having a REAL Service Department to care for your new/used car, because there are some very DISHONEST Car Dealers in our small town taking advantage of Seniors & their Customers.

“Sending all the shout outs to Mr. Jeter at Walmart auto center who put air in my tire. I was struggling to do it on my own at a nearby gas station and swung by for help. He put air in all the tires and told me that gas station air pumps can be faulty. Now I have no tire pressure warnings and it was free (unlike Shell). Yay! He was friendly and fast as well. “I recommend Piedmont Diesel for any work you need. We appreciate their hard work. We moved away from our previous trusted shop but the competent, kind, thoughtful staff at Piedmont Diesel are now our new trusted shop in NC. We provided an extensive list of items to repair and they also made another recommendation that was not visible to us. Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood." The truck is, once again, a dream to operate.”

“Let me say this was the best experience ever. Was searching for my wife a SUV and we had went to several dealerships. We stopped by late and checked out the blazer redline edition. Shelby talked to us about it and let us test drive. It was freezing that evening but Shelby stuck it out with us.. lol Didn't feel any pressure at all. Two days later we did the online application and got approved within 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and they had everything ready for us. All they needed was signatures. It was the most easiest process I have ever encountered at a dealership. Didn't feel any pressure about add on like warranty etc. Shelby was great and my wife really wanted the blazer over all the others. If you dont want to spend hours at a dealership, come here to get a car. This def will be my go to dealership.”
