“Great guy. He picked up my truck after being in a wreck. He made sure I had everything I needed out of it b4 towing it away from the scene. He even took the time to make sure I had my house keys. A couple days later my friend drove me over to his shop. He remembered who I was and greeted me like I was a friend. If I ever need a tow you can sure bet who I'm gonna call.”
“1st off, if I could give 10 stars I would! I meant to write this back in Nov, so it is long over-do. We took our RV, with engine issues, to Frog Pond in hopes of getting it repaired. Nobody, not even most Ford dealerships will work on Ford power-trains in RVs that have warranted Ford motors and chassis! The issue we were having was under a service bulletin from Ford, but not a recall. Cody was able to not only fix the problem with the ignition coils, spark plug wires and all spark plugs, he was able to get it done under warranty from Ford. He made of the calls to people he knew would be able to help and got this whole ordeal done, in under a week's time! Frog pond is not an RV repair place but they took to it like they work on them all the time! We were planning on going out of town for Thanksgiving and Cody knew time was short, but he and his crew pulled it off with 3 days to spare so we could get it back home and loaded up for the trip w/out any last minute stressing.
