“The saleslady, Susan, did a great job of explaining everything and was very patient with our questions. We have used Kimbrells in Albemarle many times and they never disappoint!”
“Ms dee is really nice .. but don't have any respect for someone who wants to be so hateful like the girl named Crystal. My sister came in there the other day and asked about a washer and dryer, my sister told me she'd asked about a price on a set and crystal turned around and I quote , I'll be back and let you know what the price is in a cheap set and never came back . My sister stood there for ten minutes waiting and she never did. That's disrespectful”

“We were assisted by Mr. Reuben P. He answered all of our questions, asked us several questions to help determine what kind of mattress we might be interested in and discussed several options that might suit our needs. Once we decided to purchase, he handled any paperwork that was necessary, scheduled our delivery and followed up with a phone call to ask if we needed anything else. A highly rated employee that is good at his job and it shows! Thanks Mr. Reuben for your assistance today!”
