“While we were very indecisive about completely changing our phone carriers, Kaley gave us time and patience to make our minds up with absolutely no pressure. We returned 2 days later to move another phone over as well.We were greeted and well taken care of by Hannah S., she was sweet and patient while we did the transfers. She kept the conversation going and did an outstanding job. The manager Taty that was on duty was extremely helpful and had us in stitches. While K. Greene was not part of our team to get our phones changed out, we enjoyed his lively conversation and personality. This team right here is what customer service is all about! We’ve never met these fine employees before this day but I feel like they are the type of people that would be kind to everyone whether on duty or not! Job well done!!
