the absolute worst people to even talk to or deal with. Closed my account the same day i opened. Truist? More like the fakest! That $400 promo is a legit scam. No one can tell anyone about what the actual qualifications are because it leaves out so much. they say $500 deposit or more and 15 debit POS transactions with your card in a statement date but forget to tell you other things. I will be writing the BBB about this. Shitty to say the least.

We stopped by this bank twice to get a business loan. Both times walking in, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. While understanding they are short staffed, a VERY SIMPLE “ We will be right with you” (with a smile) would go a long ways. Instead, they just look at you and continue doing whatever it is they are doing. Like you didn’t just walk through their door. This place is very unprofessional and I would hate to see how they do business. Save a trip and try another bank!

The gentlemen worker that was there the previous week is the only good worker there.The manager is always in her office talking to the other employee with her door closed. Sets the message for the company when every other bank I've been too has always had their doors opened to be inviting.

I applied for a loan and the bank representative never got in touch with me to let me know anything, I think her name is pronounced Archana, she can't speak English! This is the worst service I've ever had from any financial institution!

Worst bank in Albemarle. One of the workers, and I use that term loosely, can't even speak english. Larissa at the window doesn't do a thing but stand there and stare at you, not offering to help or tell you it may be a minute. Laziest woman I've ever seen.

When I opened an account there almost 2 years ago employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Morale has really gone down since then and employees are quick to dismiss you. On top of that the ATM is broken half the time and driving 45 to the closest one on a weekend is not very convenient.
