“The clerk was very friendly and helpful. You'd have thought I'd never been to a post office to mail things before, but she she was incredibly patient and helpful! I watched her help two other folks in front of me with the same kindness and patience. Highly recommend this post office.”

“I had a great experience at this post office. The lady behind the counter with short, salt & pepper hair was very helpful and patient (this was mid December when everyone's stress level is high). I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth things went”

“I do a lot of shipping and receiving so I'm in the post office very often. I have had nothing but the best experience. I love me some Sabrina and Barb. The new girl with the cute glasses is great too, I just don't know her name yet.”

“I give a perfect review because of the customer service given by Stan at this location. He really assists me in sending my packages out without issue for my small business of luxury soy candles. He deserves all the credit for being a good employee for USPS and seemingly a good all around person.....thank you Stan!”

“The assistant (i didnt get his name, black male), was incredible. He was helping a whole line of people after closing hours on a holiday. I didnt get my problem solved but it wasn't his fault, I did get more info from him then from anywhere on the web. Heros work there and this is the type of people you'd want to hire. Thank you for all you do.”

“I was having a terrible day yesterday and had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get everything done. I stopped at the post office and Wade helped me at the counter. He was so kind when he didn’t need to be. Patient and efficient, as well. Totally recommend coming here if you need something done through the post office.”

“Amazing customer service from Randy. I received a notice from tracking that my package that was to be delivered today was being returned to the sender at the last minute, I called USPS toll-free number and could get no one on the telephone. As a last chance effort, I called the Lincolnton post office and Randy answered. Instead of saying, there’s nothing he can do ,he took down my tracking information went on the hunt and located the driver. He had package ready for me at the post office before they closed. It was a very sentimental piece and Randy made it happen. Nicole at the counter was very friendly as well. Great job !”

“The younger man working the front counter was hilarious! The older men who are usually working up front are quiet and don’t seem like they want to be there. One of them also chooses his own survey responses on the keypad at checkout..”
