Literally walked in at 4:50 and the lady with a pixie cut wanted to say “girl, we close in 7 minutes.” Then proceeded to walk behind the counter and talk crap about me to her coworker. Is the USPS the only place that doesn’t care about customer service. It’s like the teach people to be rude.

We have consistent delays with packages running through this center. We have had packages move across two continents in the time it takes them to process and deliver to the next town over.

Every single person who works here should be replaced. Complete incompetent from top to bottom. Even the local post offices hate this center because it is so poorly ran and they have to deal with angry people thanks to this facility. Bunch of lazy people who dont care about anything.
