“The repairs didn’t quite go as expected or get done when expected but that’s just how these things go. I work in the business as a manager for an auto repair chain and I’ve been doing this 15 years, needless to say I know how this stuff works. Chris and the guys at caliber rectified every issue that arose and made sure I was in the loop and that everything was taken care of before I got my car back. Chris’s abilities to understand the situation and honorably handle it was unreal. Those traits are so hard to come by in this business nowadays. My wife and I are very satisfied with Chris and his teams competency, honesty and their handling of everything, they even paid for an extra two weeks on my rental vehicle. It’s very hard too find those qualities anymore. Highly recommended. Can’t beat it!”
