“I was looking for a shop that would help me restore a couple BMW's my brother was restoring before he past. The years of the cars are 87 and 88. The 87 was not running and sat for years in a garage. The cars were located in Colorado and live in NC. I could not find a decent, good reviewed repair shop to even look at the cars. I was taking a country road drive one day and past by Maxed Out. I look them up, read the reviews and gave them a call. Dylan said, sure! So, I had both vehicles shipped to Maxed Out. My goal was to get the 87 535is running and diagnose the 88 528e. Due to the inclement weather and how busy Maxed Out are, I did not want the 88 sitting outside for a long time, so I took it home.
1. The 535is would turn over but not start. Maxed Out repaired the fuel system and got it started. I am pleased because they listened and did what I asked for.
2. Once started, they found oil leaks, vacuum issues, weird noises in the engine along with misfiring. I asked them to get it running good where I can take it home. They tuned it up, fixed one oil leak, fixed the weird noise of loose screws under the valve cover and I got it home.
3. This is the most important part of my experience with Maxed Out. When I got home I noticed an issue with my fuel system which made my car undriveable. I was very pissed. So I took pictures and contacted Maxed Out. It was after business hours Friday evening, I live an hour away. Monday morning the owner quickly responded and made arrangements to rectify the issue.
The next day, my car was ready. My pissed attitude went away when the owner made plans to fix the issues. So, I give Maxed Out Garage 5 stars for everything I wanted done with my 87 5 series BMW. Thank you Travis and Dylan.”

I do not know where to begin to tell you how AMAZING this company is...I kept my car for years after having it repaired and the paint on the hood began to crack and looked awful (I found out it was caused from a third party) even with this... they honored a warranty and repaired my car to look brand new!! I literally cried when I saw how wonderful my car looked and not charge me any money!??
These people are just amazing AMAZINGLY good people!
Brought my car in for hail damage repair.. Four years ago in October. The paint started cracking last year and is just horrible today.
From what I researched, this is caused by poor workmanship.

“Every single time I come in here the service techs are always friendly and so incredibly FAST. Today I hit a massive hole on depot street, rolled in on a flat spare and decided might as well get 4 new tires and an inspection while I’m here. My car was done by EOD!!! “Initially found the car that I wanted to check out on Facebook. Upon arrival, you could see that the staff was taking care and ensuring that the cars on the lot were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to get the key and look at the car and even do a test drive and it didn’t take me long at all. I was even able to get the documents of the last services and was relieved to know that the team had already changed the oil in the car so it was nice to not have to worry about maintenance after purchase. The staff were super friendly. I did negotiate the price down a little bit, but wanted to be fair and respectful as I’d still got an amazing deal on the car. The icing on the cake is that they were very accommodating with our payment method.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and wanting to be quick and out the door.”

“I love this shop! Upon pulling up your greeted by some cute and clever artwork of repurposed auto parts that put an instant smile on your face. Walking into the shop you're greeted by the pleasant fragrance, I can't quite describe it but it is just a nice smell when you walk in there it's not overpowering. There is plenty of seating ,comfortable I might add and a television on. You are greeted instantly by one of the workers and serviced quickly and efficiently.
