“When you walk into Ken's Place you feel like you're walking in to see a family member. He always helps even if he can't. If he can't help you personally with the problem he will direct you to the right person or give suggestions for the problem. He will tell you if that doesn't work come back let me know and we'll see what we can do to help. His family operates the business with him and I always have felt a warm reception when I go in. I refer everyone I know to him for Muffler service and inspections. The whole family that I have met I Love the respect they give the customer and the genuine spirit they All have. I wish them many more years in business. I wish I knew how to do that work I would have been applied ?? ”
