“I had a really great experience here. My passenger side rear back window was shattered, but still intact. I called the morning of my appointment to make sure the glass was in before I made the trip here (based upon some of the other reviewers experiences). The representative contacted the store and said it was.I chose to wait while the repair was made. They have really great snacks for you to enjoy while you wait and good wifi. I was in and out in 90 minutes.The technician did tell me that their vacuum isn’t the best and there were still some small pieces of glass where the third row is. I appreciated the heads up, but I’m very surprised they don’t have better vacuums.Overall it was a great experience and I would use them again!”

“I was referred to this shop by a friend who recently used the shop. I had really good experience with the work done, the Service Advisor Morgan C. and the front desk staff. It was a seamless experience. Morgan was really professional and helpful in assisting me throughput the process. The team went above and beyond by helping touch up a few minor scratches and put 2 splash guards that were previously removed by me back up. Highly recommended!”

“I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”
