“Had a great experience with Danny and Half-Price Auto Body. Great surface, communication, and value. It's been a couple weeks now and I have zero issues with the car, so figured I'd go ahead and leave a review to throw business their way and let you know you should go here too. I picked this place based on google reviews and close proximity to where I live, and it ended up working great.

I got in an unfortunate collision mid-November. Physically minor, no airbag or anything, but enough for my insurance to total it. As a manual transmission, I didn't want to have to stoop so low as to replacing it with an automatic and spending all my drives contemplating driving off a cliff. Been a couple weeks now since the repair and I have zero complaints.

I don't want to go into specifics since these things are case-by-case, but Danny hooked me up with a good deal in a timely fashion. More important than anything he's a great communicator. He'll call you up, tell you what to expect from insurance, etc. My insurance didn't tell me jack and it was good to have him in my corner verifying and giving an on-the-ground understanding of how these processes work, augmenting my own internet-based research.

“Recently, I experienced a few challenges with my Jeep Cherokee. My radiator needed to be replaced, and my car was leaking oil significantly. I learned about Next Level Customs from one of my friends that has had work done by them several times, so I took a chance. The owner, the mechanic and the rest of the staff were all great! They were patient and answered all the questions I had. Most importantly :-), the repairs were done correctly, and my car is working as normal!

After they fixed the radiator and the oil leak issue, I revisited the shop to get their feedback about my front seat, which wasn't fully functional. I could adjust it forward and backwards, but I didn't have the option to raise it, lower it, etc. They told me they could fix it and they did exactly that! My seat is fully functional! Thanks to Next Level Customs, I think I can keep my Jeep a little while longer!”

“Binswanger Glass did a fantastic job on the two glass table tops I ordered. Rocco did an outstanding job creating the template for the dining table with the curved ends and measuring the buffet. Ryan scheduled the fabrication job in their shop, and delivery was on time as promised. Cody and Raphael handled the delivery, which included placement and cleaning of the glass tops. All in all, a great job start to finish. I would highly recommend Binswanger Glass.”

“I had a terrible experience with Safelite where I dropped my vehicle off with them for a windshield replacement and they had it for multiple hours just to call before closing to tell me that they couldn’t replace it due to some codes popping up that they couldn’t clear. He said I would have to take it to the dealership to get them to clear it. I said ohhhkayyy. Took it to both Capital and Hendrick Chevrolet service centers just to be told at the appointment it would be $120-220 diagnostic fee. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time!! I’m NOT paying that PLUS my $500 deductible for the windshield repair!!??‍♀️A service advisor at the Hendrick Southpoint location said that they don’t recommend Safelite but highly recommended Glass America. So I called and had the claim switched over to them instead. Walter came out the following week and attempted to replace the windshield but then noticed he had the wrong one. He profusely apologized for the error and said that they ordered the correct windshield but they were sent the incorrect one. He came back another day and installed the correct one for me. He was soo honest that he found money in my vehicle that I had misplaced and gave it to me. Not everyone would have done that so I truly appreciate him for that. Plus he’s from NYC like me:)”

“I came to the shop because I went to 2 different places and they couldn’t open the hood for my oil change. I really needed this hood open due to my urgent road trip. I spoke with a lady on the phone and she said I can stop by to see if it could be fixed. Basil came and fixed the lever he also showed me how to open it the right way. He cleaned and oiled it and he fixed it due to it being bent… for FREE !! Thank you!!”
