“This place is the real deal. You cannot go wrong, bringing your car here. I found a used car at the Apex Honda dealership that I needed a second opinion on. I was able to get in immediately with Southern tire and they looked the car over and told me what they thought about the purchase. Months later there was there was a leak in a vehicle of mine, I dropped it off withSouthern tire. They looked it over in a day. Fixed the leak for a reasonably priced and we were out the door. I would trust Matt and his crew with any of my vehicles.”

“Over the years, I have always had a great experience with Caliber, whether major repairs were covered by insurance or I paid for them myself. In every case, they have earned my trust by doing it right and keeping me informed.
I recently created a structural problem on my new truck that I didn’t know how to fix. I went to the Apex location and spoke with Carson, who introduced me to Danny. Danny had the solution and walked me through the resolution. I don’t impress easily, but WOW! I can’t say enough about his expertise and professionalism.
I have always recommended Caliber, but for me, this Apex location is clearly outstanding because of Danny and Carson.”

“While they mainly advertise toward newer vehicles just be aware If you order any chrome covered trim it might warp under the heat. I followed the directions provided exactly and mine ended up looking like the pictures below in a couple of days. Emailed and they sent a replacement set that did the same thing.
Customer service here is top notch, Automotive authority LLC refunded me my payment and sent out replacements twice. Overall I decided to go with The plain black trim as it doesn't have the chrome coating on it which warped. Even the representative that I emailed had never seen it before in the hundreds of feet they have sold and stated he would contact the manufacturer. And give me a discount on my new Black trim.
So hard to find good customer service nowadays especially in the automotive industry. Hopefully the plain black trim will hold up better, fingers crossed ?”

I love the way he interacts with the other employees. As a manager and a person, he is an inspiration. Clean, organized door, fast, friendly service and a great team.”

Drove to Apex Ford and amazingly they had the diesel mechanic take a look, they had the part and fixed it ASAP- it was ready in an hour!!!!!
