The manager, Julien, came to jump start my car, and asked me to follow him to the store so he could check it out with the diagnostic machine. Employee Jerry was also very helpful and kind. Julien replaced my battery for me. He was amazing! That store will definitely be my go-to while we're staying in Raleigh area.”

“I chose RA Hitch to install a flat tow setup (drop hitch, tow bar, base plate, and supplemental braking system) for our brand new Ford Maverick to be towed behind our small Class C motorhome. We had used RA Hitch for a hitch install for our Buick Envision years ago, and they did a great job on that. The brands they carried for the flat tow setup would not work well for the Maverick, so I researched and chose other options. They were very accommodating and easy to work with on the component selection as well as scheduling and installation and service afterward (I had a small issue while on the road, that they gladly worked with me to resolve). I highly recommend them!”

“JT and the guys at ten ten auto are amazing. They rebuilt my rear end 18 mos ago I’ve never had a problem. I dropped it off because it was making a weird noise in my back left tire when I would turn. So I took it up there because I was afraid it was the rear end again. I was wrong. I accidentally hit the 4x4 switch and my truck doesn’t tell me when I’m in 4 wheel drive. Most mechanics would have told me it was this or that and it’ll be $800. JT called me personally and told me the problem. I was sooooo embarrassed. They even told me everything that they could see wrong with it and when I went to pick it up he didn’t charge me a dime. He just earned a customer for LIFE. I have never been to such an honest mechanic. He even told me I don’t have to change it all I can just make sure the leaking parts are topped off but I’m definitely taking it back to get them to fix it. I’m. Taking my car there also. I’ve been looking for an honest mechanic since I moved here in 2016 and I finally found one. Nobody else will ever touch one of my vehicles. He could have charged me $200+ for diagnosing it but he didn’t. I’m blown away by their service and if they have any bad reviews it’s because of the customer not the business.”

“This is pretty much a one-man shop that operates out of a storage facility (think drive-up storage units). The work area is efficiently organized and clean. Cars being worked on are parked right outside, next to the storage unit area (garage), all within the secured confines of the storage facility. This has advantages in addition to obvious cost-efficiency- each person gets real service from the one working on his car. The intake was great- spoke to the owner/mechanic on the phone. He asked me to email pictures, and gave me a cost estimate that same day. Cordial and professional on the phone (and in person). Almost no wait time. While the insurance adjuster dithered, Mr. Ricardo worked a several-day project into a schedule that fit my needs; he did not turn me over to a "scheduling assistant" or reflexively tell me it would take two weeks to get started. This location has the added benefit that the owner has Toyota certification so he has additional mechanical skill..... that became evident to me as I went through the process. The estimate turned out to be very close to the actual cost. The outside of the car was polished up nice and looked good when I picked it up. Really, it looked good as new. Body work is not cheap. It's a good line of business for those who can do it efficiently and honestly. This is my first time through the insurance/ body shop process- I don't care for the system. Too disconnected to the customer, lots of wasted time and money, and too much nonsense to get out of paying. If you can afford it, this business offers good value for money and good customer experience while you deal with the other challenges- dealing with insurance, "scheduling assistants" and interruption of your transportation.”

“I had a car with a dead battery about an hour before closing time, and called them up. The mechanic took down my car information and had the battery ready while I went to jumpstart my car and bring it in. Even though I got three about 10-15 minutes before closing, the service was impeccable and the mechanics were patient and understanding and installed a new battery quickly and by closing time. I'll definitely come back here again!”

“Friday of Memorial weekend and our family was heading to the mountains with our travel trailer when the turbo on our truck went out off 64 near Chapel Hill. Drove to Apex Ford and amazingly they had the diesel mechanic take a look, they had the part and fixed it ASAP- it was ready in an hour!!!!! A complete blessing especially since they had a 3 week backlog on repairs. Thank you for saving our fun filled holiday weekend and getting us back on the road so quickly. We can't thank you enough! Also enjoyed the delicious diner while we were there.”
