“I am not one to ever leave reviews, however, my experience at Caliber Collision in Apex was fabulous. The customer service was gold standard. Shout out to Thomas, my service advisor. You kept me apprised every step of the way and your communication with me through the process was fantastic! The quality of work and paint was top-notch. Although my car took a few more days than estimated, the result paired with the fact that Caliber Collision legit took care of everything with the insurance company, was well worth the wait. Hands down, this is the place to have your car fixed and painted.”

“Got into a fender bender a little less than 2 months ago. After going back and forth with the other persons instance company and all the economics got settled my insurance agent recommended Cary Collision for the repair. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did and the service they provided. These guys are true professionals. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do, I won’t go anywhere else.”
“I took car to a place that didn’t feel comfortable looking at my car, they suggested apex tuning, I email them, they got me right in on a Saturday fixed it on that same Saturday, obviously Labor Day weekend so I was unable to get it until Tuesday, absolutely not a big deal especially since they got me right in and actually fixed my car!!! I work from home mostly and don’t have to drive often but of course my car would give me problems the week that I have to go in, they were super flexible with me about my work schedule and I am very pleased with the work and my overall experience.”
“This is the best auto body shop! I crashed my car pretty bad when I was visiting my daughter in Apex. Darin and Marianna were so great to deal with. The damage was pretty severe. By the time the car was finished, it looks like the accident never happened.
Perfect workmanship. They are perfectionists. And when I went to pick up my car, It looked like it was just detailed!

“While they mainly advertise toward newer vehicles just be aware If you order any chrome covered trim it might warp under the heat. I followed the directions provided exactly and mine ended up looking like the pictures below in a couple of days. Emailed and they sent a replacement set that did the same thing.
Customer service here is top notch, Automotive authority LLC refunded me my payment and sent out replacements twice. Overall I decided to go with The plain black trim as it doesn't have the chrome coating on it which warped. Even the representative that I emailed had never seen it before in the hundreds of feet they have sold and stated he would contact the manufacturer. And give me a discount on my new Black trim.
So hard to find good customer service nowadays especially in the automotive industry. Hopefully the plain black trim will hold up better, fingers crossed ?”

“Friday of Memorial weekend and our family was heading to the mountains with our travel trailer when the turbo on our truck went out off 64 near Chapel Hill. Drove to Apex Ford and amazingly they had the diesel mechanic take a look, they had the part and fixed it ASAP- it was ready in an hour!!!!! A complete blessing especially since they had a 3 week backlog on repairs. Thank you for saving our fun filled holiday weekend and getting us back on the road so quickly. We can't thank you enough! Also enjoyed the delicious diner while we were there.”
