These guys are probably the most useless at finding parts
They are very disrespectful and get an attitude with the customers
If I tell you what part part I’m looking for, don’t look at me like I’m stupid because you don’t know how to look it up on the computer
Why am I supposed to go do all the research and come back with part numbers?
The entire job of the associate is for me to tell you what I want you to look in your system don’t make me go behind the desk and look it up for you

Huge shout-out to the crew at this Apex, NC location! They helped us out of what for me, was a nightmare scenario. Wife and 3yr old son, dead battery, I'm out of state for work, limped in after getting jump started.... they had her charging/starting system tested, battery removed and replaced, (which is a headache on this car) all done within 30 min, and UNDER WARRANTY! Finally a place that values good customer service, employees that don't appear to hate their life, and or jobs, AND honored their warranty. Well done guys 👏Advance, give someone a promotion!

The guys at this store are knowledgeable. They actually know about cars and can talk about car repairs. Many other parts retailers have associates who are only good at looking things up on the app. I can do that just as well.

Came here to get new headlight bulbs. Doug and Randy were both very helpful and went above and beyond in their service. Randy helped me find the bulbs I needed and gave me a pair of rubber gloves to change my headlights right there. We were also dealing with a faulty battery and Doug came out and fixed the issue right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Give 'em both a raise!

Came in straight off a jump start in need of a new battery. Was helped immediately by Evan, who replaced my battery, and tested my alternator and starter, and was jovial, talkative, and kind the entire time. Excellent experience

I went into your Apex to purchase a battery charger. Not once did they come to help. To busy on phones. When I went to pay still on phones so I left the charger on the counter and went to Auto zone . Custermer service means everything and this store had none
