I had a great experience with the Costco tire center today after ordering a new set of tires online earlier in the month. I was in for new tires today (Monday) with an 11:30a appointment. I received a call at 12:25p that my car was ready for pickup.

Communication is not the best here and the wait time is long. Took WAY longer than originally told and my wife missed her appointment because of it.
