“I ordered a whole sub today and it was very small compared to past orders . I measured and it was only 10 inches but both sides tapered . I asked the man , who was making the subs, if the subs were being downsized and he showed me the bread that was A LOT smaller.The tapered ends had hardly any ingredients inside
Update-The store manager got back with me and said the bread supplier was not making product up to the Harris Teeter standard and the stores would be getting the problem fixed. He also refunded the cost”

“My membership card says I’ve been a member for about 19 years. With just two of us at home, the only real bulk buying we do is paper products, but we’ve found the meat counter to have consistently good steaks and the rest of the food selection is generally solid quality.
Clothing is a bit of a timing game. If you don’t grab what you want when it first appears, you’ll come back a week later and the only sizes left are XL and XXL. Glad to see the pharmacy moved to longer hours—that’s been a welcome change.
My only real complaint isn’t Costco—it’s the customers. A surprising number seem to drift into some kind of retail trance once they enter the store, parking their carts squarely in the middle of the aisle like they’ve just discovered meditation. And heaven forbid anyone looks before pulling out of an aisle intersection.
If autonomous driving technology keeps improving, I’d vote for Waymo-powered shopping carts.”

“Honestly didn't know what to expect. My regular pharmacy is closed on Sunday so I went here. It was off the charts wonderful. I had a simple prescription to fill. The pharmacist behind the counter was very helpful to each person waiting in line. He was highly capable, an excellent communicator, efficient but not rushed, and used a professional tone of voice for privacy. I wish I remembered his name.”

“I had a blown tire in the way into work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly for a walk in. My tire couldn't be repaired so they ordered a replacement and told me it would be here in 24-48 hours. Well, I received a call same day saying tire had arrived and to schedule my appointment. I told them I would take first available and the person told me he could fit me in now if I was close by (which I was!). They replaced it no problem, I think the mechanic was Jhon or Jhony? Thank you for fitting me in! The girl at the front also gave me a coupon for whenever I had to come back. Overall great experience.”

“I have been using Walgreens for a long time- from NYC to Seattle and now here in Apex NC. My first experience with them here & honestly it was one of the best customer service experience I have had in any business. Debbie in the Pharmacy was not only polite and accommodating- she also went out of her way to save me some $$ for one of my prescription by sharing her info on brand discounts. She walked me through the sign up be waited for me to complete. Literally saved over $400 on the visit. She could have just as easily run the transaction w/o the extra work. Absolutely impressed with this Walgreen. The front cashier also greeted me and said goodbye- made eye contact and was cordial. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience. Thank you!”
