Never again! I paid in advance and scheduled an appointment for new tires over 10 days ahead of time. I even called the day before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go. Then on the actual day of the appointment, I was told the tires weren’t in stock. No one contacted me ahead of time to let me know, and the staff simply blamed it on the tire center—when asked when they will have it they said “no idea” This was a complete waste of my time and money, and it shows a serious lack of organization and accountability. If you can’t deliver tires for an appointment scheduled that far in advance, what’s the point of pre-ordering? Discount tires it is!

Went for a tire patch they said it wasn't patchable then quoted me $700 for new tires. Janette did not show me the damage, she did not give me any reason on why they weren't fixable. She then told me that she put the old tire in the back and later found out she lied and threw it away. I call back to get the tire back but Stephen told me it was the side wall that was broken and they can't fix it. After a week of back and forth finally got the tire back and saw that it was in fact patchable and it wasn't on the sidewall but on the tread. Took it somewhere else where they patched it just fine.
Tl;Dr Costco lies to you about damages to force to buy new tires from them.

We had a great experience!!! A year ago I bought tires through costco. .Today I got a nail in my tire and I immediately came here and they got it patched up and everything pretty quick even though they had a lot of people here and it was free.... I got to get a hot dog and look around at costco :) it's pretty standard to have to wait to get car work done...not sure why the other reviews complaining about wait time expected but we were in and out faster than any Jiffy etc.
Employees were super helpful and KIND. I was a walk in but they were able to take me anyways. This store is always one of the busiest but they are the best :)

This place is amazing and both the staff and mechanics were incredibly helpful!!! I needed a quick replacement tire after a flat and they got me in immediately and got the work done in less than an hour. As a bonus I got to get some food at the food court while I waited. Highly recommend this place!

A HUGE thank you to Matthew and the rest of the tire team for helping my daughter tonight! With all the construction around, of course she got a screw in a tire. Thank you so much for fitting her into the schedule so late to make sure she would get home safe. It means a lot to a mom of a new driver!

I recently visited this costco tire place. Their customer service could use improvements. They answer calls while there is a people of line waiting. Some customers just leave because of long wait. Costco can do better than that.

Apex location is always crowded and parking can be a challenge when I visit (Fri & weekends). Today, I experienced great service with the Tire Center (Jordan) serviced my vehicle (4 new Michelin tires) before scheduled appointment time. Customer Service (Qte) provided great service in answering renewal questions, including (Kim) in the Eye Glasses area who assisted with several frames. They ensured that my Costco needs were met 100% during busy times of the day. Thanks!

Just the gas!!! I must admit Costco sells the cheapest 93 Octane gas. Not to mention Costco gas is considered Tier 3. Meaning - a cleaner-burning fuel that will reduce vehicle emissions without compromising your car's performance (tier3gas.org). So when I get the chance to fill up, I pull in. Aside from gas, they do have the hotdog and drink combo for $1.50. Drawback is tyu keep that hotdog taste for a while. Burp - hot dog:-))))))!!!!!!

Went here for tire rotation… Mechanic has cross threaded at least one stud in each of the tire…Dealer quote me 1200 to replace all the damaged stud..

I changed all 4 tyre in my Honda CRV couple of month ago just week ago one of tyre had flattened I have warranty so that I go there for changed one tyre I wait long time almost 4 hour at end they does do nothing they return me only they ordered tyre they had not stocks what a shame big store had no stock today is 5 th day Iam waiting for tyre I have not other car it makes big trouble to me for riding for work today I called their they told me only coming thrusday tyre will be available so that don’t go costco for change tyre if you have no other vehicle.if I did not change before there I did not go there this is my last for chafed tyre there .
