“I’ve been coming to this practice since I was a teenager (over 11 years now), back when it was still a private practice, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The front desk staff has always been super welcoming, kind, and helpful.
The medical assistants, lab staff, and providers are all extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Over the years, I’ve seen several different providers, and I’ve had a great experience with every one of them. I’ve always felt listened to, respected, and well cared for.
Another thing I really appreciate is how responsive the office is. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I receive a quick response and helpful guidance. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients.
After more than a decade as a patient, I can confidently say this practice has consistently provided excellent care for me.”

“If you are requesting medical advice you will be attended to with great attention to details and care. Just a notation … if you are telling what your want or demanding what you think you need you will probably be cared for however you are limiting the ability of these professionals to assist you. At this office they found details which had not been addressed or even noted in some cases at previous medical facilities. Everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomist is kind and open to listening so medical issues are identified and treated appropriately.”
“This place was the best urgent care I’ve been to. It was fragrance free so I didn’t come away with a migraine, wait time was short, it was clean, the NP, John Fraser, was super nice and helpful and so was the nurse, Heather. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the medical assistant that came in with my wrist brace put the wrong one on my arm and we had to drive back to get the correct one.”

“Hoa Nguyen, PA-C is the BEST! I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new PCP. I highly recommend her! Hoa is very kind and takes time to listen to her patients concerns. The office staff is also nice and lab draws were minimally painless.Please note, there are some particular rules this office has in reference to what services can be provided each vist due to billing/insurance purposes. Thankfully, there is often appointment availability to be seen soon if you need it.I look forward to my long-term PCP relationship here at Tricity Family Medicine & Urgent Care!”

“Short wait, seen promptly. Staff was professional and friendly. Saw Dr Paszkowiak for my annual wellness visit (Medicare). She was thorough and took her time to review my issues. Then Dolly drew my blood painlessly! And Dr P. followed up quickly on my chart to review the lab results. Great visit!”
“Renewing prescriptions that need pre-authorizations is extremely difficult. My pharmacy has faxed over two requests for scripts. One last week, one Wednesday for the same script. Nothing. I called yesterday and today leaving messages. You never get a live person in the phone nor do you get a call back. I’ve now waited over 10 days for a renewal and there has been no communication from the office. Extremely frustrating and potentially dangerous when you need the med and just run out. This has happened numerous times to me.”
