“From the moment I walked into Adapt Chiropractic, I felt like family. As a first-time mom, I was especially nervous about getting adjusted during my first trimester. Dr. Nikolai immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable from our very first appointment. You can genuinely tell he loves what he does. The passion and care he has for helping others shines through every time he speaks with his patients.

I continued seeing him throughout my pregnancy and postpartum, and I truly believe those visits made such a difference. I was blessed to have a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy, and my active labor lasted less than 6 hours, with only about 30–60 minutes of pushing. While every pregnancy and birth is different, I personally believe staying consistent with my chiropractic adjustments helped support my body throughout pregnancy and prepared me well for labor.

Beyond the physical care, Dr. Nikolai and the entire team supported me emotionally as well. There were days when the pregnancy hormones hit hard and I was having a really rough day, and they always took the time to encourage me and remind me that I was doing a great job. Their kindness meant more than they probably realize. They were especially encouraging toward the end of my pregnancy when my daughter decided to take her time before making her grand entrance. Their reassurance and positivity helped me stay calm, trust the process, and enjoy those final days of waiting.

One of the most special moments was bringing my daughter in for her very first adjustment. It felt like such a full-circle moment after Dr. Nikolai had cared for me throughout my pregnancy. Watching him care for her with the same compassion and gentleness meant so much to our family.

The entire team is incredibly personable, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Nikolai and his wife have created such a peaceful, intentional space that immediately feels like home. Every detail of the office reflects how much thought and care went into creating a place where families feel comfortable and supported. As a breastfeeding mom, I especially appreciate having a dedicated lactation space available whenever I bring my daughter to my appointments. It’s one of the many thoughtful touches that makes this practice so special.

I also love how engaged they are with their community through their monthly newsletter and social media. You can tell they’re passionate about educating and supporting families beyond the adjustment table.

“Very great experience! The staff was very professional and nice. The nurse I had, I can't remember her name but she was very sweet and guided me through all the processes patiently, it was a quick experience as well. I did a pre-employment screening which involved 3 different tests including a drug screening and they got me in and out 1.5 hours which was the quickest thorough turnaround I ever experienced and that was including paperwork. very well structured. My only complaint would be the hearing booth needs more sound proofing and more space but as a whole the experience was great”

There was frequent communication before and after the appointment. While at the office check in was quick and there was a short wait to be called back. The waiting room is large and comfortable.
