“Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was visiting my friend out there and had a bad allergic reaction. It’s even more stressful being in an unknown area but glad this clinic was open and took care of me. Would highly recommend”

“I have been a patient of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic for over 6 months. I have 2 subluxations and 2 steel plates from cervical spine fusion. I then developed nerve pain going across my left shoulder, with pain and numbness going down my left arm and into my hand, possibly caused by a bulging disk between C4&5. I’m told this is not serious enough to be cut open again for a second surgery. All that said, I have felt trapped in debilitating pain for 5 years. The relief I got from going to a regular chiropractor who physically manipulated these areas was very short lived. It never became a permanent solution. A friend finally introduced me to Dr. Adam Austin who evaluated all my issues and came up with a plan. His strategy for realigning my atlas and using laser and an activator adjustment tool helped to significantly lower my pain to where I sometimes forget it’s there. I have even experienced periods of no pain at all. I also recover so much faster from daily routines that aggravate these damaged nerves. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Austin and his team for meeting my complicated needs and for giving me back my life. I highly recommend them.”

“I will continue to recommend others to this practice. The experience is wonderful from check-in to check-out beginning with staff that are friendly and truly care. Although a professional environment it is also a very relaxed setting, and feel far from a hospital setting or other doctor settings- cold and treated as if you’re just another number. Which brings me to the reason that I wanted to make this post. I recently brought my mother for her first visit to establish care here. Being mindful that she had been with another doctor for over 15 years, I felt she was just not getting the care she needed. From being rushed off the phone to the doctor not knowing her current condition even though she had went for a wellness check 2 weeks prior in person, we knew we had to get her somewhere that she could receive some individualized professional care. With all the health problems that my mother-in-law was having, I knew she couldn’t just go anywhere. So we set an appointment for my mother-in-law to see Dr. Sharon Morgan is who such an awesome doctor! She’s my primary care as well, and although I don’t have really any health problems, she still take the time to listen and make sure I am on the best road to staying in good health as I possibly can be as I get older. At check in we filled out paperwork and then we’re called back. Her vitals were checked by the nurse and then Dr. Sharon came in. I could tell that she had reviewed my mother’s chart before entering room. I was very impressed because she took the time to familiarize herself very quickly with what I had already written down, which was a lot, and to think she had no other information prior to that about her. She spoke with both my mom and I about my mom’s previous care, also went over meds, current underlying issues, etc. Although I felt we were taking up a lot of her time in just one visit. However, she didn’t make us feel rushed at all. She took her time and was very patient with us, making sure she was answering all our questions and offering medical advice as well as setting up some routine care along with other care with other doctors, including referrals to specialists. She is so well-rounded and truly a professional and knowledgeable doctor. My mother-in-law left with a bit of hope that day, because previously we didn’t know what to expect from day-to-day, with her health declining like it was. Now, we are hopeful and confident that Dr. Sharon along with the A Plus Family will get my mother-in-law back to the healthy, independent woman my mother-in-law was before her decline in health from about 2 years ago. She has hope again, just from that one visit that she hadn’t had in awhile. I can say from experience, that A Plus Family Care is concerned about the whole person- spirit, soul, and body. So glad that I found this place and will continue to recommend everyone I know that is looking for a place they can receive great healthcare. Thank you Dr. Sharon and the rest of the team of A Plus Family Care.”

“I had a tooth pulled today and the dentist didn’t send me home with any pain medication. I can’t take ibuprofen or aspirin as I am allergic and the Tylenol was not cutting it. I was able to make an appointment immediately with Dr. Taylor. I had just spent 300$ on dental work and the front desk staff was so nice and allowed me to only pay half of the copay and be billed the rest. I was hysterically crying and the wait time was so quick, the nurse and tech were absolutely wonderful and funny and they made me feel at ease.Dr Taylor was so understanding and took me seriously (many doctors seem to brush off patient pain nowadays). He gave me some steroids for the swelling and some pain medicine to help me for the next few days. Truly a life saver. He was thorough about my allergies to NSAIDs and genuinely concerned about my well being. I am switching to this practice as my primary now because of how wonderful my experience was in my time of absolute misery. He even sent over an inhaler for me when I called after I left and told him I forgot to mention I ran out of mine!Thank you to the whole staff!!”

“Hands down, this is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to. I have gone on several occasions and each and every time, the staff and care is beyond exceptional. I have seen Dr. Panko numerous times and his care and compassion is amazing. In a time when patients are treated as a "number" it is refreshing to know there are medical professionals out there who truly have a heart.”

“I have been a patient at Family Medical Associates of Raleigh for over 10 years. Although several of my doctors have left for other career paths, each time they have left me in the hands of another great caregiver. I see Alan Colvin, PA currently at this facility and I am most satisfied! He and his nurse assistant, Sareeta, give me the best care!”

“We recently moved to NC. Looking for a new primary care can be daunting. I have to say, Nicole Frederickson, PA-C was awesome. I was seen right at my appointment time. The staff (Jesse, the nurse that did the intake) was great. Being a new patient, I had lots of questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Being a retired nurse, I’m kind of picky. I would highly recommend this practice and Nicole! Thanks for making finding a great PCP so easy!”

“This was the second time I visited the clinic, and I left completely satisfied with the clinic staff and the Aesthetic Consultant. The staff is amiable and prompt to accommodate you in the clinic. Cecilia, the Aesthetic skin consultant, did a thorough skin evaluation on my face, pointing out some issues that need attention and treatment. Then, she gave me a complete facial spa treatment (cleaning, followed by exfoliation and hydration therapy), leaving my skin clean, smooth, and rejuvenated. My husband was the first person to notice the difference in my skin when I got back home. I was impressed by Cecilia's knowledge and understanding of skin care. Thanks Cecilia.”

“I'm a patient of Dr. Kelli Pitt. She's awesome. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & caring, and responds to MyChart inquiries. So many won't respond quickly, but she always does, usually in the first 48 hours. Her nurses, receptionists, and practice manager are all friendly and professional. I've never been taken to an exam room more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Pitt.”

“Follow-up: After leaving my review, I was contacted by A Plus. Jennifer solved every issue I had. She was understanding, compassionate, and assured me of changes that would be taking place for the better. She took the time to personally call, attend every need I had and fixed an issue from previous visit. I was so pleased to have someone call and be willing to solve every issue I had. Thank you so much Jennifer! My kids and I have been patients here for almost 5 years. I continued going here because they have pediatrics, OB and physicians all in one place. However, after my experience the past couple of months, I'm switching practices.I recently had a horrible sinus infection that lasted over a week. I took 4 at home Covid tests, which were all negative, but the infection was so bad, I had to call out of work for 2 days. I was miserable. I phoned the doctor's office and was told I couldn't be seen unless I had a negative covid lab result. I was told I could come get one there at A Plus and would be given a rapid test and lab test. The rapid results were given at that time (negative), but the lab tech that came outside didn't have a mask or gloves when performing the test (I wore one in case I was positive). I was told the lab results would be in within 2 days. This has been maybe 2-3 weeks ago and have never received the test results so I could make an appointment for my sinus infection. I even checked patient portal and the covid test wasn't even listed. Later that week of my infection, after taking many OTC meds, I started feeling better and didn't see a point in making an appointment, especially after already missing work to get the covid test done.I had an appointment March 17 for a yearly OB and have not received a call of those results if anything was abnormal. I also made a request for a birth control that needed to be ordered and was told it should be in within 2 weeks. It's almost a month later and still haven't heard from anyone about getting the BC inserted. I phoned the doctor's office Monday of this week and was told I would be transferred to the nurse's line, to leave a message and they would call back that day or the next. It is Thursday and I still haven't heard back. This isn't the first time I've left a message on the nurse's line and not received a call back. When you call the main number, you will 90% of the time be put on hold for a while. I've called from my job and had to put the call on speaker because the wait was long. You will often get receptionists on the phone who sound very agitated or are distracted helping other patients at their window. I understand we all have bad days at work, but this is the majority of the time. It's not a very professional doctor's office, especially compared to other offices I've been to. The environment isn't inviting and the exam rooms are very plain and small. The restroom had paper towels all over the floor, didn't have a pen to write your name on the urine cups, didn't have paper towels and garbage was over flowing. Their location on Garner Road was definitely more clean, inviting and decorated to make you feel more at ease.I've had a few pleasant experiences when checking in at the receptionist windows and the physician who did my previous exam was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The negative aspects of this office out rank the positive, so I wouldn't recommend this practice.”
