I went in without a reservation and was immediately taken care of by Brian. He was awesome - very helpful and personable. He put me in a nice vehicle (Highlander) at a great price. The return was also handled quickly and professionally by Sean. I'd go back, for sure.

I will really hate Hertz for my past experience, but people who work here are really nice. Hertz deserves -1,000 stars, but these people treat customers right just at this branch.
