“When I went to pick up the vehicle, there was a long line, but they really kept it moving and the neighboring rental car company helped which I thought was really nice!
When I went to return my rental car, I got to the airport and realized I left something in the vehicle. The shuttle drivers Ed and Terry were so kind and helped me quickly get back to the vehicle, get what I needed, and get back to the airport! Thank you, Ed and Terry for your kindness and extra assistance!!”

Shortly thereafter, I received my car with nice, courteous and helpful attendants. The cost was exactly what they predicted. I'll see them again”

“I am ASTOUNDED with how great the customer service was and how Brice was so friendly and helpful. I had a misunderstanding for when I was picking up a rental, but that didn’t stop him. Not only did he and his colleague run the location (understaffed unfortunately at the time), they seemed like they took it as a personal challenge and they overcame it efficiently, with their chest out, but also with a genuine smile that would lighten anyone’s day. Brice was able to get me a car, a GREAT car, and I am incredibly thankful I was a customer during his shift and will even call ahead to know when he’s working just so I can have him as my representative for Enterprise if I need a rental again. Need a rental? Ask for Brice and you’ll be thanking him and yourself that you got him and his assistance. 6/5 stars, hands down.”

I was so impressed with the great service.
Britton Laughinghouse was such a pleasure to deal with at the RDU Airport.
His fellow co-workers seemed to be on their game 100% as he seemed to be a wonderful person to work with and it was so obvious to observe this. They all were happy to be there with his leadership.
So many places I go, people just do not seem to be happy at their job.
Not the case at the Enterprise RDU Airport.
I am guessing Britton is the manager of that facility with those leadership skills.
After my flight in from Iowa, it was so refreshing to see his team on their A Game!
Enterprise has my loyalty after seeing this.

“I had a great experience with Enterprise on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. Charisma, the Assistant Manager, provided excellent customer service and made sure everything went smoothly. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Ian for going the extra mile to make sure my 15-passenger van was nice and clean. With a vehicle that size, I really appreciated the attention to detail and effort he put into getting it ready for us.

“We traveled for family and needed a vehicle. The Payless experience worked out so well for us. The car was a bit dirty in and out, but the place was super busy, so we chalked it up to that. The car worked for us very well and the price we paid was excellent. It was bundled in with our flights, etc. The checkout was not too long, and the check-in when returning was a breeze. The staff were all accommodating and friendly and very helpful. Great deal.”

“I had a good experience renting a vehicle here. Charlie was very polite and the process was fast, car was clean. No issues with the pickup or drop off process or the car itself. I love that they have the complimentary shuttle from and to airport. Now, I did have a HUGE problem. I requested a car seat at the time of pick up, it was almost midnight and I was very tired, traveling with a baby etc. I couldn’t figure out how to install the car seat for the life of me. Long story short, when I went to the fire department the next day so they could help me, they realized that the problem was that they did not give me a base with the car seat. No wonder I was having so much trouble installing it! I put it on however I could and used the seat in front to sort of hold it in place. Thankfully nothing happened! But imagine if something had… my baby would not be here today. The fire department was kind enough to donate me a car seat so my baby and I could make it safely to our final destination. Thankfully I decided to stay the night at a hotel and did not keep driving with an unsecured car seat. The fire marshal was very upset and called the budget office and complained about them giving me a car seat with no base. Beware if you do get a car seat that it comes with the base.”
