The Lowes associate was helpful with my bulk hardware items at self checkout. The bulk hardware can be a pain, but not this time. The employee scanned the self checkout computer screen for my first name and proceeded to use my name for the duration of our exchange. No delay through the self checkout line is a welcomed perk.
