“The choice of Timber/Lumber makes the visit well worth while- being on a fixed income I welcome that HomeDepot places slightly damaged and/or remnants of Timber/ Plywood and other similar products that still have possibilities for worthwhile uses- especially at a high discount. The Store also has just about everything thing one would need together with an excellent Garden Center! All Staff encountered being both friendly and helpful especially giving sound advice and suggestions on what you are seeking. I have been using various HomeDepot stores for many years both here in NN and Western New York. To be recommended JohnH”

I also received excellent assistance in the garden center. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help.”
“The Lowes associate was helpful with my bulk hardware items at self checkout. The bulk hardware can be a pain, but not this time. The employee scanned the self checkout computer screen for my first name and proceeded to use my name for the duration of our exchange. No delay through the self checkout line is a welcomed perk.”
