“These are the "good ol' boy" mechanics that you want to find. They have a spotless garage and know how to fix anything fixable. They even hand-crafted a part for my truck because it's no longer being made, fixing something that 3 other mechanics failed at. The only two downsides are that because they are good, there is a waiting list to get vehicles into them AND even they are not good enough to keep things from breaking when my girlfriend is driving :) Actually, I have no complaints with this place. Damn glad I found them.”

“UPDATE July 19, 2023. Dwight & his team come through again. 5 stars. Our 2012 Honda Civic A/C wasn’t blowing very cold. Dwight’s shop recharged it and put dye in for the future when it leaks out again to see where the leak is coming from. Very slow leak they said. Great work. Blowing ice cold again! ??. Yes! An excellent place to bring your car for repairs or even antique car repairs and upgrades! Dwight as well as his team are very good mechanics and seem to know what they’re doing! Had our Honda Civic brakes replaced there, had my 1969 dodge dart fan belts and checked out there, and had my 2001 Toyota Celica engine fixed there so they know what they’re doing! highly recommend!”

“Great experience! Getting ready to drive long distance and needed to check out a rattle and clunking in the back of my car. It was a walk in where they had me taken care of within 30 minutes, with everyone being very accommodating and friendly. Not only are they fast but also very honest with their work since they could have charged me for a potentially new strut, instead of just replacing a missing bolt on my tire. Going forward this will be my new go to place for all my car needs.”

“I've been having cars repaired for over 50 years. When I brought a used car into my regular shop that they were familiar with to do a pre-purchase inspection, they found some things that needed repair or servicing. But they also missed other costly repairs that needed to be made that I found within a day or two after purchasing this car. Expensive ones like the emergency brake didn't work and the air conditioner compressor needed replacement. A trusted friend of mine in the automotive business recommended Premier One to me. They did an excellent job completing the additional repairs at a very fair price. They also noticed that the previous shop had installed a defective part that was already leaking lubricant. “JT and the guys at ten ten auto are amazing. They rebuilt my rear end 18 mos ago I’ve never had a problem. I dropped it off because it was making a weird noise in my back left tire when I would turn. So I took it up there because I was afraid it was the rear end again. I was wrong. I accidentally hit the 4x4 switch and my truck doesn’t tell me when I’m in 4 wheel drive. Most mechanics would have told me it was this or that and it’ll be $800. JT called me personally and told me the problem. I was sooooo embarrassed. They even told me everything that they could see wrong with it and when I went to pick it up he didn’t charge me a dime. He just earned a customer for LIFE. I have never been to such an honest mechanic. He even told me I don’t have to change it all I can just make sure the leaking parts are topped off but I’m definitely taking it back to get them to fix it. I’m. Taking my car there also. I’ve been looking for an honest mechanic since I moved here in 2016 and I finally found one. Nobody else will ever touch one of my vehicles. He could have charged me $200+ for diagnosing it but he didn’t. I’m blown away by their service and if they have any bad reviews it’s because of the customer not the business.”

Showed up after work Friday and it took the advisor longer to get it approved than it did for the tech to mount and balance the tire. I was worried about the painted wheel getting scratched during the process but I couldn’t even tell they touched it.”
