Cary Automotive Repair and Service responded quickly and had me scheduled the next day. I was assured when I went in that they take these inspections seriously and would be thorough. They were right!
They took pictures of the vehicle and critical components and left comments in the final inspection report.

“My 2019 Velar decided to conk out on me while attending an event in the Durham, NC. While I live in Charlotte, NC (2.5 hours away) I chose to have my car towed to Discovery Automotive based on their Google Reviews. The Velar was towed on a Sunday (while Discovery Automotive was closed). Tracy called me Monday after discovering my vehicle in their parking lot and the mechanic promptly started diagnosing the problem. My car needed a new alternator and was fixed within 2 days and I returned to Durham to pick it up the following weekend. Their customer service was great. They worked with my travel schedule to meet me for pickup on a day that they are normally closed. I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend this shop!”

“The staff were amazing. Today I brought two cars for inspection with oil changes, and the staff went above and beyond to make it quick and easy for me. One staff member even took it upon himself to go get a particular out of stock filter so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip. Another offered valuable advice about an oil leak and was so patient with me as I waffled about getting my air filter changed. She made me laugh and shared a sincere story. I don't think I have ever felt like a visit to jiffy lube brighten my day before, but today it did thanks to the people who were working.”
