He genuinely cared about helping her fix the car. It turned out to be a problem that he doesn't deal with but all is resolved now. We have the highest regard and respect for this company and I will be bringing my car there in the future.”

“2nd year getting an inspection here. It takes less than 20 minutes. There wasn't a wait time for my inspection. They got my car in immediately after I gave them my key. What time I spent in the waiting area I felt it was clean, comfortable, and presentable. As far as value, for a typical inspection, the time spent here was better than most bigger establishments I've visited such as the dealership or other service stations. The staff here are pleasant and welcoming.”

“I dont often leave reviews on chainstores or companies so the fact that i am here is basically saying you may want to listen.. we had a squirrely sensation come from the brakes in our travels from Va to Cary Nc. The folks at Snappy lube here in Cary were knowledgeable, bloody fast, and EXTREMELY kind. They looked at, cleaned, serviced our car and brakes and since there was no immediate need to replace components, let us go without charge. He was generous with his time and service and as parents it was beautiful to watch him ensure she had all the information she needed to get the best out of her purchase. “The shop manager Brandy was excellent. Had a weird issue after the oil change at Jiffy Lube the other day. Drove the car back to ask them check it out. Brandy was so kind and patient with me - spent more than an hour on my vehicle to fix the issue which may or may not be related to the oil change. Not only has the issue been seemingly revolved so far, Brandy even refunded me the charge for the oil change. Very much impressed!”
