“I have been using Joe to do all my mechanical work for years. I have yet to find a more honest and trustworthy automotive shop to date. I have personally seen him stand behind his work and make right. What necessarily wasn’t his problem However, to keep the customer happy, he went above and beyond. The whole team has been very professional. The owner is truly a man of high integrity and vast Wells of mechanical knowledge the service writer is fast and accurate with pricing. All in all they will retain all of my automotive work for the perceivable future would highly recommend to anybody.”

“I have had 2 Units and a Trailer parking spot. The personnel who operate the storage facility go above and beyond for their help and services. The unit are kept very clean and the other extremely nice is the units have reflective insulation on the ceiling that keeps the unit very cool during extremely hot day's. I would recommend renting any unit here before any place else.”

“Top notch facility with terrific owners! We’ve stored our boats and campers here for the past 4 or 5 years. Super convenient for boats as TEG 3 has a gas pump and ice on-site!”

“These guys run the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. No bugs, always swept, no smells. I feel confident leaving things there. And the office staff are infinitely understanding and accommodating. Also the bowl of chocolate doesn’t hurt! Genuinely nice folks.”

“This was a great storage facility! Pricing is very fair, they don’t increase your rates every month like some others, and their security is great. There was a time that I took my trailer overnight, and I received a text in the morning that my trailer was “missing” from its spot to confirm that I was the one who had it. Hank was also very helpful with move-out, as he helped with getting me moved out 2 days earlier so I wouldn’t have to pay an extra month. Highly recommend, I used them for 2 years and only switched because I moved to the other side of the Raleigh area. If I still lived on that end, I’d still be using them!”

“George and his team have been great to deal with. No surprises, straight forward, and easy to get along with. We have had no issues with our storage unit. Clean, no rodents or insects. The rent has been stable and they do not play any games with increases once you move in. Bottom line, they do business right.”

“Just left a 1-star review for the 808 center U-Haul, where the guy there yelled at me on the phone and said there was nothing he could do for me, despite my reservation. This location on the other hand was phenomenal. I spoke to Tory here, and he was exceedingly helpful. He not only apologized for the past experience I had but walked me through the options I had to re-book, explained everything, and made sure I was taken care of. Not a lot of people out there that operate like Tory did, slowing down and taking the time to help someone out, even if I wasn't his customer (he got me booked elsewhere). An absolutely standout experience and a great guy!”

“Quinn was an excellent assistant for us today. We didn't have our gate code and she did us a wonderful favor by keeping the sliding door propped open for us. 5 stars.”

“I have rented here previously and will again in the future when necessary. Everything is run very well Glenn was very very helpful and went out of his way to show me around and accommodate my needs. They have some great spaces although they seem to stay pretty full. I wish that there were more facilities like this in our area that had Flex storage that you could work out of.”

“One of the best storage units on the Apex area, always clean, fast response to messages and the best customer service. Regina is always there to help and support you not like other places that you have to deal with automated systems and AI (artificial intelligence) thanks for your service, help and support always. I will recommend this storage facility a 100% of the time.”
