“Went back to move our camper as the Apex location had called mentioning the spot we were in tends to wash out and they wanted to move us to a nicer location. Had a great experience with Jamal who was absolutely wonderful to work with! He found a few options, showed me around, let me decide which was up to MY standards for our beloved camper and eventually got us in a much nicer spot! Great group of folks here!”

“I called early in the morning asking to acquire a unit for that evening. I spoke with the attendant. She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do. She deserves a pat on the back - excellent customer service.”

I called the Apex office, Dee answered, was quick to check and find the space that met my requirements. She set up a time for me to come in and complete the transfer documents. It took less than 10 minutes, my account was updated, then I was in my new space. I appreciate Dee's approach to customer service - well done!”
