“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Steve is a great guy, customer service is fantastic, and so is the price for the value provided.
Country Stor-House is worlds better than any of the large corporate storage places (such as Public Storage, etc.). Those other guys are operated as REITs which jack up your rates on fixed schedules (bait and switch, basically, after an initial discounted rate).
You won't find that predatory, manipulative behavior here. Country Stor-House is top-notch. It is a genuine pleasure to do business with them.

I’ve known him for almost two years now, and he has always been incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever I need something or have a question, he’s quick to help and always does it with a smile. He’s friendly, approachable, and just genuinely pleasant to deal with. It’s the kind of customer service you really appreciate, especially when you’ve been at a place for as long as I have.
I also want to mention Zoe, who is always friendly and helpful whenever I interact with her. They make a great team and create a really welcoming atmosphere.
