Customer service is lost on a lot of businesses these days but not here. I appreciate that. We booked online within days. I came here because of the reviews and I’m happy to report this place deserves all of the 5 star reviews that you read. We ended up wanting to transfer our unit and Mr. Lotus helped out with the transfer which was easy and seamless. I highly recommend this place!”

“I needed some extra space for storing our household items and was looking for the closest and cheapest storage rental near me. I wanted a climate controlled storage space with at least 10x10ft size. After some research, I found Extra Space Storage here in Cary.The manager, Daryll, is a very professional, kind and honest person. Not only did he help me decide on what would be best for me, but he also got me the best storage unit deal available! He gave me a tour of the facility, which was extremely clean! I don't know why I expected these facilities to be rather sketchy, but with all the security he offers, gate access codes and cameras I felt very safe. The units go all the way to the ceiling, offering the maximum of storage space per unit.I decided on a 10x15 large storage room for my furniture and other stuff that I needed to store. He said that he often has cheap smaller storage units with 5 x 5 ft available in case I simply need some extra temporary space while remodeling my house or garage.Zo, who also works there, is also very nice, helpful, and has a great personality. She makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door.This is the 3rd year I am renewing my contract, and I am not planning in going anywhere else! Make sure you check them out!”
