“I have had great service on my vehicles with no nonsense for any requests. A minor detail was left out on one repair. Work was performed fine but a detail of the parts obtained from a provider that neglected to let shop or the shop did not aware me that the struts installed actually lowered my vehicle slightly.”

“I will take my car here any time I have an issue. Randy was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He definitely knows what he is talking about and he works hard to make sure you are happy with the service and that your vehicle is running well. He takes the time to explain the issues in a way that you can understand without being condescending, like a lot of mechanics are to women. Even as a one-man shop, he tore down and repaired the engine in my Jeep Wrangler before other shops could even get me in for an appointment. He seems to have better prices than other shops and he goes above and beyond while, in my experience, other shops tend to do just enough to get the car out the door and get as much money as they can. He even did a thorough cleaning of my engine bay and brakes (without charging) and everything in my 9 year old car looks brand new.
My car sat at another local shop for three weeks and they did nothing to fix the issues I was having. I had to call about five times in those three weeks for updates because they never reached out to me. Each time I called, they told me they had done minimal diagnostics but they would get to it eventually. I ended up picking my car up from that shop and bringing it to Randy's Automotive. He was working on it almost immediately. He called several times to give me updates on the progress and was very thorough in his explanations.
I haven't been in the area too long and this was the first time I had major issues with my car. I was hoping to find a good, reliable mechanic and it looks like I did!”
“Joe does great work. I brought him the muffler I thought I needed, according to Flowmaster, however, it wasn’t the right one. Joe sourced one for me and drove across town to get it just so I could have my car back same day. And the kicker is that he wasn’t going to charge me for his additional time and travel, and also made me aware of the slight price difference before he committed. Great communication and he makes clean welds to boot.”

“I have been bringing my cars to this location for a few years now, ever since I moved to the area. There have been multiple occasions where something has come up with one of my cars outside of regular maintenance and every time I call, they have done everything they can to fit me in that same day. If they haven’t been able to get it done that day, it has always been the next day. This past week I brought my mom’s car in, who came up from South Carolina last minute to babysit for me and my wife, and who needed to get back to South Carolina to make it to work. They did everything except serve me breakfast and had me out of there (without an appointment) within an hour. I could not recommend this location enough.”
