“My tire popped on the side of the road and I had to get my car towed here. I called and they were able to get me a quote over the phone. The customer service was amazing and they assured me while I was going through the stressful situation. After I got the tow there, they changed my tire in under the amount of time that they anticipated. There was an area for me to sit and do my homework, an area for children, and they didn’t charge me over the quoted price. Logan the manager was super nice and gave me gas in my tires, recommended me new rims, and was fun to talk to! You can tell he has a passion for cars. For everyone and especially If you are a student from High Point University like me, I would highly suggest coming here. Especially since it’s not that far from the school. 10/10 would absolutely come again.”

I had some specific specs I wanted for a track setup and he spent the extra time to get it the way I wanted but still be safe to drive and not be too hard on the tires. He showed me the computer read out and walked me through the details. I highly recommend him for alignments and mechanic work overall.”

I was heading out of town and noticed one of the tires on my cargo trailer was in poor condition. I called Thomas Tire and Automotive to see if they had replacements that would fit — they confirmed right away that they did. I stopped in, and they had me in and out in under 45 minutes. The service and professionalism were outstanding. They even checked all my other tires and lubed the bearing buddies. Truly above and beyond — highly recommend!”

“Guy at the desk was nice, greeted me when I walked in. Had the tire i need for the flat I got the day before. Tried to them to finish in 5 or 10 minutes, he said closer to an hour. Done in maybe 30 minutes if not less. Price was fair, only bummer is they couldn't do a state inspection at that moment. Really happy. And appreciate the great service.”
