“They had a battery that I needed at a relatively decent price, such as it is in today's California controlled environment. It wasn't cheap, nor was it ridiculously expensive like most batteries. People were friendly and knowledgeable as much as was required, at least for my simple needs. I have an aging dodge so I will go back often to test there resolve”

“Doug was such a great help, I went to a different O’Reilly to get a brake light for my vehicle and it was the wrong one. I brought it to this one and was able to swap it out for the right one and was asked if I needed help. Doug was an amazing help, if anyone knows about Kia Sorento’s, you’ll know that the whole entire tail light has to be taken off. He grabbed tools to remove the tail light and switched both bulbs out for me. He even apologized for having me out in the cold, but I was more than thankful to stand there and have his help. I wouldn’t have been able to replace them myself, so another BIG thank you to Doug!”
