“The lady who worked in the store did an excellent job for my shopping experience. She welcomed me, answered all my questions, and led me to the item I was looking for. In less than one minute, I finished my shopping. How fantastic a shopping experience.”

“Stopped here for gas and pick up a couple snacks and a drink ended up using the restrooms. It was very clean. They had checkouts available that self checkout or you can go to a person. I prefer a person. Everything went well and I would definitely go back.”
“This is a follow up from 6/15 incident at the Zingo Express in Archdale.
I stopped by the store on 6/16 @6:00am to speak with the manager. Very pleasantly she walked to the counter and adressed me with a good morning and a smile and then stated that she knew all about it and that she had a gift card waiting for me. Sincerely apologized several times swiped the gift card, gave me the receipt apologized again and wished me a great day. Now mind you gas ran over and up to $73. That was exceptionally great customer service at its finest!!!! Thank you Zingo Express!!!”
