“I was greeted when I walked in and asked where torque wrenches are. He told me the isle but I needed to be more specific because what wrench I was looking for was inch/lbs not ft/lbs. I happen to make my was up to the register and I saw what I was looking for right in front of the register. He told me it had a lifetime warranty so that's good. I used it the next day doing my valve covers and it worked perfectly. Would recommend it”

“A small store but it is supplied as far as possible, it has almost a little bit of everything and it is what is most available in South Main so it is the best and only option. It lacks construction material but with what it has, it helps you a lot and takes you out of trouble. hurry”

The customer service women at the High Point store were very pleasant & apologetic. Everyone in that store was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again since that has not been my experience at the Greensboro store on Wendover where I usually go.”

“I've rented a large variety of tools and equipment from this location over the years with no issues. Even had to bring a tool back that stopped working during my rental period and my rental fee was 100% refunded. However, knocking one star off due to an experience today. Let's just say, if you want to rent a flatbed truck, do not let them know you plan on towing with it. They won't let you rent it. Really tough to find a rental pickup to do a short distance local tow and this seemed like the best option until I told them this. Lesson learned, no small talk next time. Just get the keys and head out the door.”

“Great little, mid-sized neighborhood store. Locals are daily regulars here. Cashiers are friendly, personable and quick, but you're not rushed. Hard working, good folks working there and are the customer base. Good selection/variety of drinks as well. One thing I'll caution people about... Please be careful pulling in and out onto the road. If you're not familiar with it, it can be slightly nerve wracking. To no fault of the store, etc.”
“I just go here as a truck driver but from what I have seen it looks like they have nice stuff but as far as being a truck driver going here they are normally pretty quick to start unloading you but some times a little slow finishing unloading you but if they have no interruptions they are quick normally 45 mins to hour for a full trailer”
“Delivered particle board here, check in is at the front bldg. Then you will be escorted to their storage warehouse approximately 1 mile away. They unloaded pretty quick. No overnight pkg.”

“Wanted to give a current review. I went in to rent a bush hog. Bill helped me load it, and checked me out. The bushhog worked great, cleared 2 acres in 4 hours. The throttle wasn't working exactly as it should so it wouldn't reverse, so took a little extra manpower.The young gentleman who checked the tool back in was quick, and kind.I will definitely be using this tool rental again”
