“Always, a good experience. I was saddened I arrived within an hour of closing and wasn't able to get my popcorn dose. I get it near closing. Thanks for all you people do. I support local!!”

“Best hardware store around. Usually its worth it to drive past competing hardware stores to come to Hillsville because they have a better selection, better service, and cary more products . Highly recommend!”

“Came in the other day looking for a few things for a project at the house and was met by friendly staff and a clean store with a wide variety of stuff I needed. Couldn’t find one particular thing and asked a very kind and friendly associate named James. He walked me through the store and pointed out exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable and talked me through some of the things i was confused about. I will be coming back due to James’ professionalism and his commitment for quality customer service.”

“This High Point,NC Main St and University is one of the cleanest, a f well organized location I visited in NC. Izzy and Nyelie maybe spelled her name wrong. But these 2 sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable about this location. I recommend if you're ever in the High Point area go check this location out. Well stocked and one of the bigger locations. Lots of sales and a clearance aisle.”
3709 Farmington Dr, Greensboro NC 27407
“I was greeted when I walked in and asked where torque wrenches are. He told me the isle but I needed to be more specific because what wrench I was looking for was inch/lbs not ft/lbs. I happen to make my was up to the register and I saw what I was looking for right in front of the register. He told me it had a lifetime warranty so that's good. I used it the next day doing my valve covers and it worked perfectly. Would recommend it”
3705 Boren Dr, Greensboro NC 27407
“This store is a go-to destination for all kinds of fasteners, especially metric sizes, which are often hard to find elsewhere. They have an impressive and extensive collection. Highly recommend!”
724 Joe Moore Rd, Thomasville NC 27360
“Purchased an xj2025h in 2020. Have bought all filters through them as cheaper than wix from napa. And had a few items warranty with no issues. Even warranty my works massey through them.”
1589 Skeet Club Road Suite 105, High Point NC 27265
“This is the best ace hardware I've ever been in! Neatly organized bolt bins and they had all the bizarre fasteners/tools for my tractor that I couldn't find anywhere else in town (open on a weekend)”
4425 W Wendover Ave Lumber and Building Materials, Greensboro NC 27407
“I've rented a large variety of tools and equipment from this location over the years with no issues. Even had to bring a tool back that stopped working during my rental period and my rental fee was 100% refunded. However, knocking one star off due to an experience today. Let's just say, if you want to rent a flatbed truck, do not let them know you plan on towing with it. They won't let you rent it. Really tough to find a rental pickup to do a short distance local tow and this seemed like the best option until I told them this. Lesson learned, no small talk next time. Just get the keys and head out the door.”
4917 Old Randleman Rd, Greensboro NC 27406
“Great little, mid-sized neighborhood store. Locals are daily regulars here. Cashiers are friendly, personable and quick, but you're not rushed. Hard working, good folks working there and are the customer base. Good selection/variety of drinks as well. One thing I'll caution people about... Please be careful pulling in and out onto the road. If you're not familiar with it, it can be slightly nerve wracking. To no fault of the store, etc.”
100 Giles St, High Point NC 27263
“Delivered particle board here, check in is at the front bldg. Then you will be escorted to their storage warehouse approximately 1 mile away. They unloaded pretty quick. No overnight pkg.”

“Been with Jack for many years. He takes care of all my heating needs. Good people to supply all my heating needs from the office lady to keeping my home warm. Thanks Jack so much.”
4425 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro NC 27407
“I love this Wendover location. The store is well stocked, but any time I cannot find something I ask an associate. They will go above and beyond to locate it, even using the ladder or equipment to get it from storage up top. In the off chance they do not have it, they will direct me to another store that does.”
201 Sheffield St, High Point NC 27260
“Usually it’s a hit and miss unloading at this spot as a driver. But today 3/17/26 they came and started unloading early and Duane, Unloaded in a very timely manner(10min) with a little help from another loader. This helps us a lot on getting an early start on the day. Thank you!”
2300 N Main St, High Point NC 27262
“My go to spot about 3 times a week. 90% of the time they have something I need. The employees are pretty helpful. But it can take awhile to get cages open if you need tools or other locked up things.”
2300 N Main St, High Point NC 27262
“Wanted to give a current review. I went in to rent a bush hog. Bill helped me load it, and checked me out. The bushhog worked great, cleared 2 acres in 4 hours. The throttle wasn't working exactly as it should so it wouldn't reverse, so took a little extra manpower. The young gentleman who checked the tool back in was quick, and kind.I will definitely be using this tool rental again”

“Denaye, Bree, Nick and Mike are a all star team! I had an outstanding experience with the Garden Center team at Lowe's. Everyone worked together with incredible efficiency, communicated clearly with one another, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. What impressed me most was their patience—they took the time to answer all of my grandmothers questions without making us feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It's refreshing to see a team that works so well together while providing such friendly and professional customer service. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive experience!”

“I had a complicated issue with an order I placed, and a Pro desk associate named Todd was extremely kind, courteous and professional in helping me resolve it in the exact way I was hoping for. This Lowes, and the associates here, have been consistently attentive and helpful, and this was next level service. Has made the process of moving into our new house that much easier. Thank you, Todd!”
