“Carpets were clean, appliances were in great condition. Had a chat with the Community Manager Annastasia, she was super helpful. Recommended places to eat around.”
“Pretty nice apartments for the price. They have a pool and a workout room for the tenants. They allow pets with approval and a deposit. Lawncare is provided , they have Trash and recycle dumpsters for the tenants. A kids play ground and a dog park is provided to the tenants. And a hiking trail is located on the property with the apartments.”

“I love living here. The managers are always available and genuinely helpful. Maintenance keeps the property clean and comes quickly whenever I submit a ticket. The location is convenient—everything I need is close by. The staff and residents are friendly, professional, and kind. The landscaping is beautiful, with lots of trees and flowering shrubs that make it feel like you’re in the mountains. There’s also a great walk along the French Broad River that’s perfect for dogs. I highly recommend The Aventine.”
