“10 July 2025 - I arrived at the drive-up window at 11:30am, no line. The female teller gave me and warm welcome and I noticed the updated transaction tray, which she acknowledged. Everything was over so fast I didn't have time to tend any cell phone chores. Be ready, they are Fast!”
“I've been using PNC bank for probably 8+ years now and have always been satisfied with my banking experiences. The bank tellers and other employees have always been super friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and seem happy to help with anything. I appreciate that whenever I have questions about my accounts or anything, they are always so patient in helping me figure stuff out. They have many locations throughout Asheville and throughout the US. I actually first started banking with them in Michigan, and continued to do so when coming back to NC. Their website and apps are really approachable and easy to use. They are secure and I always know what is going on with my account. It is super easy to do things such as pay bills, transfer funds and check your account.”
