Very professional, honest and prompt. The service advisor, Melody was courteous and helpful. All in all, they saved me a lot of money. I went in there because one of my run-flat tires on my BMW X5 was losing air. I thought I would need the tire replaced which would have been a considerable expense. Chris, the technician, found two nails in the tire and was able to repair the holes while I waited. My brother-in-law recommended them to me because he had a similar positive experience with his run-flat tire, which was repaired properly and he also avoided having to get a brand new tire. Highly recommend!

Careful when booking online with Firestone. When you make an appointment know that it's only a request and they could actual bookings days in advance.

Laziest group of people. Confirm your appointment just to tell you they can’t and you shouldn’t have gone through the website.
Paid for the lifetime alignment and buy parts they say that “need” in order to align your vehicle just to tell you “they can’t either perform the alignment, or they can only get close.” They don’t care and they won’t work unless they’re making money themselves. Pushed someone out of the store to have their new tires installed and said they couldn’t do it. One of the employees turned to another employee and said, “we just don’t make any money on that, what’s the point?” I am not one to leave a detailed review: HOLY COW these people suck. 10/10 never will do business with the Arden location.

Used to be reputable and trusted. Now they only do routine maintenance and recommend unneeded repairs.
Example: One of the wheel hubs on my right passenger side was wearing down so they recommended replacement. Asked if I wanted the other wheel hub replaced too. After I asked why, their response was "well, the other wheel hub could go out too...in 6 weeks or 6 months or 6 years...hard to tell...might as well get it replaced." Only another $600. Had another mechanic look at the "good" wheel hub and he said it looked perfectly fine. Hmmm.
Another example: Took my wife's vehicle to get a tire fixed (nail). It has black rims. Not a scratch on the particular tire when we took it in. Afterwards, after I drove it home thinking they simply fixed the tire, my wife noticed scratches all over the rim. Took it back to Firestone. The first person I talked to seemed genuinely concerned that the shop could've caused the damage. He asked his supervisor to look at the wheel. After a 3 second assessment the supervisor (pretty cocky guy) said there was no way the wheel was damaged by their equipment and that we needed to file a claim.
Thus, we filed the claim. Pretty simple logic. We took the tire/wheel in with no scratches on the wheel and left with scratches on the wheel. No other wheels were scratched besides the one they worked on. Hmmm....seems pretty cut and dry. However, the claim specialist was not expeditious at all. Seemed nonchalant. After a few exchanges he simply said that Firestone was not at fault. I've tried to send him follow up messages with no response.
A shame really. Once a reputable business is now a money grabbing joke. Go elsewhere. The techs seem genuine though the management care only for money and not long standing relationships with recurring clients. Their loss. Go elsewhere.

They did my brakes twice and both times the brakes were done well and done in good time, the problem is the price, if you wanna come in and pay 3x to 4x more than you should then go here, they charged me $1300 for my front two brakes, just the front two, the price is completely outrageous

The person who assisted me was amazing today. I was so stressed about the cost and extent of the repairs. She worked hard to get me coupons, explained everything very clearly, and even suggested I apply for a credit card which cut my cost greatly. And now I have a card for the future repairs that I did need but couldn't afford today. I believe it was Melody but not sure, cute black acrylic nails. She was fantastic, give her a raise for her hospitality skills.

Had my girlfriend go into today to get my FRONT wheel bearing changed they tried to lie and say that can’t change it because it “messed up the rear end” and can’t change it without fixing the rear end there’s nothing wrong with the rear end just trying to make an extra $1400

Will not be going back was lied to , called saturday and they said if i dropped it off sunday , they would run the $ 147 dollar test first thing Monday .Well called around noon and they said it was next what a lie! Called at 3 pm they said they were running the test another lie !! Went to a appointment came out 5 pm called and the guy said they had not even touched it and i was free to come and get it i was very upset at that point so i went and got my jeep . 5:30 got there and they had parked my jeep where they said they couldnt get it out he dealt with other customers and totally ignored me and wouldnt get my jeep keys so i got my jeep keys myself and went and got the jeep i will not be back !!! I do not appreciate being lied to !!
