I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and the Geek guy set me 2 appointments in a row to go over details about it. There's much new stuff to learn. He was great, explained things in easy terms. Very positive experience.

Very glad to have the geeks on my team. Knowledgeable, helpful folk. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Best Buy probably needs to give them more money, because regardless of their current salary, they're worth double!
