Apple sent me here to have my phone screen repaired five hours later finally found out that Best Buy could not process the order properly. Had to have my old screen put back in my phone and get a refund because of incompetence.My last time ever doing business here!

It is impossible to speak to a person in the actual store. You have to go thru people in the Philippines who are super polite but absolutely no help.

This was an email sent to me, I have never used Geek Squad in my life yet they emailed me a bill for $237!? When I call the number it just rings, no way to leave voicemail, nothing. So far nothing taken from my bank account and I saved email “just in case” it’s really someone trying to hack into my checking account!

I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and the Geek guy set me 2 appointments in a row to go over details about it. There's much new stuff to learn. He was great, explained things in easy terms. Very positive experience.

Love the geek squad U call but ..."in store"?? AVOID PLZ?! Example, my 1st experience with them couple yrs ago, they came to my home to set up pc security. My password had my Dogs name "Angel" in it, THEY SPELLED ANGEL WRONG!! GEEK SQUAD CANT SPELL SIMPLE WORD & HAD MY ISH ALL CONFUSED!!

Very glad to have the geeks on my team. Knowledgeable, helpful folk. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Best Buy probably needs to give them more money, because regardless of their current salary, they're worth double!

Don’t waste your time with the geek squad. Had a battery replaced in a iPhone they were rude and rushed us to get to the next person. I came back to pick the phone up hours later. They said it was ready then waited for 40 minutes before they brought the phone back. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The Geek Squad staff were great. It was the national Geek Squad system that was terrible. Ethan helped me at the store and seemed very helpful. But once the computer arrived in Louisville for repair, that's where the trouble started. They called me and told me that my computer, which is only four months old, was not under warranty and I had to pay $200 to get it back. I was able to confirm through HP that it was under warranty and even after The Geek Squad agreed, they still said that they wanted me to call HP and have them send them a letter stating that the motherboard was included in the warranty! She went on to say that she "can't imagine why it wouldn't be included". Yet, she was requiring me to jump through those hoops, and this after sitting on the annoying phone tree waiting system for an hour. It was ridiculous. So, I told her to just send it back to me broken and I take it somewhere else instead.
