Was told 50 minutes ETA, called multiple times and was told they were coming to hold tight, all just to be told 2.5 hrs later they didn’t have any drivers available. Beyond terrible

Don’t count on this company for anything, They tell you they’re coming out and then just not show up… But at least when you call their dispatch office, they won’t bother answering you back either. Fantastic job guys… Not!!!

Was assigned to Jack Rabbit through Drive Roadside. They never showed up and when I called their number I was told they were busy and would need to wait longer. Ending up canceling the service.
