“They are always friendly and happy to help. They seem genuinely happy to be there. There are plenty of things that will fill you up inside, from pre-packaged items to freshly made food. There are plenty of fuel pumps, and the bathrooms are clean as well.”
“Looking for an honest car repair shop? Look no further! Go here! I had a minor emergency due to a loose plate dragging on the ground. Although it was late and near closing time, they looked at my car and gave me a quick fix, at no charge, so I could at least get it home. I brought it back again the next day and they fixed the problem at very small price.
I recently brought my car in again for an air conditioning issue and they were, once again, honest about their diagnosis and cost for repairs and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.”
“We don't have Ingles in the immediate Charlotte area which is a bummer. I'll chose an Ingles when I'm away from Charlotte because they're usually pretty awesome and this one is no exception.Clean, well stocked, bright and with employees who are friendly and helpful. I placed an order at the deli counter and returned after doing some other shopping. This is good customer service and I'm sure it's more efficient for them, too. Why keep a customer standing around, right?The shelves are leveled, there was no garbage or trash on the floor, and they have a Starbucks at the entrance. “A no-nonsense place. Like a get-your-gas-and-go-away kind of place. They have drinks and snacks and smokes and lottery tickets. Gas price is the same as the station across the intersection, sometimes a little cheaper. Don't know if restrooms are clean. Don't know if they even have restrooms. I've never been inside any further than the cashier at the front.”

“Kounty Line Shell station in Fletcher have a friendly staff, always greeted with a smile and a good morning, afternoon, or evening! Dropped children off at school by 8 am, drove to Shell for oil change and inspection, was done by 8:55 am, and price was reasonable $69 for both services with fluid top off! The mechanics are always friendly and fast with consideration for your time. Always a gem when I stop here.”

“We stopped at this Shell gas station before getting in I-26. It was easy to fill up at the pumps. The bathrooms were clean and private. I was greeted with, “Welcome to Shell!” The store was clean and offered hot coffee, and a variety of cold drinks. They even had hot boiled peanuts.”
