We replaced our formica counter tops with quartz, had Nova build a bar onto an existing island and had a table top made to match the counters. Rachelle helped us choose just the right counter, gave us good feedback on the right colors to use for the counter and saw every step through to completion. Each worker was meticulous in the way they performed their job, respectful, on-time and just nice guys. Sarah was on the spot in getting everything scheduled around our deadlines, plumbers, etc. The customer service at Nova has been exceptional! We can highly recommend.”
“I ordered the small black mountain candle thru their website. I love the pottery color which is described as a raven in moonlight. It is the perfect size to place on a desk. The Scent developed and poured by Joya Studios is a blend of Hinoki, Mushroom, Dirt and Firewood. It truly delivers on my expectations of the smell of the woods after an afternoon storm. I was raised along "the grade" near Ceasar's Head, Sc; this candle is a reminder of the woods I used to wander in for hours.”

“If you're in a semi coming from I-40w(or I-40e), get off at exit 44 (74alt) and turn left. go all the way to deaverview rd(right before pnc bank) and turn left, then turn right on N bear creek rd. go through the 4way stop (as the entrance is on bear creek) and it will be directly on the left.these roads are really tight and small, bring your a-game, good luck.Can't say how anything inside was other than it looked like a nice setup. Lots of doors(I should know, I brought a whole truckload), tile, & vanities. But like I said, I wasn't shopping.Minus 1 star for being in an awkward place for semis and because nobody is perfect. Sorry”

She told me the difference between spray patterns and water pressure of the different manufacturers. She knew the benefits and drawbacks of each. I sat down and sketched out the layout for the new bath.she knew the product lines and was able to narrow down the choices of vanities. TRY FINDING THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE ON LINE! Knowledgeable and competent with reasonable prices.”
