Counter staff is very helpful. Great product knowledge with speedy service. Their cheerful smiling faces always brighten up even the worst of days. They even cooled off the hot cast iron fittings that had been sitting out in the sun for me.

Lovely above and beyond service from Zane. I called and asked if they had a tool I needed to fix my toilet and he told me to just bring in the tank and he'd loosen it for me.
