“It's a laundromat, rainy day, so people were bring in dirt and water. But it could have been cleaner. The lady working there was either in the office reading a book or outside, smoking or on her phone.”
“When I last lived in Swannanoa 2018-2020 I would go to this laundromat because it was just right down the road from my house. The washers and dryers are very fast and efficient (that was something that I dreaded was the long wait for the washers and dryers to finish but not here!). My clothes and blankets always came out nicely cleaned and dried. I love that it was quiet and very clean when I would go. I’m not sure about now but at the time that I would go the traffic of people washing clothes wasn’t high which personally I liked, coming from a person that has anxiety being around a lot of strangers. The last time I was there was back in 2021. I was commuting from West Asheville all the way to Swannanoa just to wash my big comforters because I did not trust any other laundromats! I had been wanting to write this review and never got around to it until now.”
“Brought a carload of post Helene laundry (bedding, clothes, towels, etc)- they have a lot of washers/dryers. Some large capacity machines, which is great! First come first serve, cash only on most machines but some of the larger commercial ones take cards. Pretty clean, considering the amount of people using it right now. Thanks for being open during this mess!! Go early, less people!”
“I've used hourglass cleaners many times and have been very happy with the job they do on the clothes.
It is located on the back side of Innsbruck Mall which makes it a little awkward to get to. The Mall is mostly unused except for a few stores on the front and the Dry Cleaners on the back. You'll feel like you're driving around a ghost town.
But you can drive right up to the door and have just a couple steps to get in the door.
The staff, will look a little haggard from the heat, are friendly and helpful. I can usually get the clothes back within two business days.
My last drop off was a suit coat and pants with a shirt. The cost was $20.50.”
“Needed to do some laundry while passing through. The staff here were very helpful at explaining how everything works. I had trouble with my card on some of the machines but again the amazing staff were quick to help and ensured I could get my laundry done. I highly recommend this laundrette if you’re in the area.”

“Been going this shell for awhile.
Great staff only thing I wish is now that they doing food they stay on top of it make it fresh every hr or 2 it’s good for fast grab and go but when see sandwiches or pizza been sitting there all day you want something fast be nice if it was some what fresh. Got all these other gas stations coming in bring food in it be fresh they stay on top of it yes it’s a gas station so you don’t expect much but I gotten some of the best food from them. And not safe for food sit out there that long .”
“Got a older motorcycle leather jacket that had quite a bit of mold inside and out and they did a fantastic job of cleaning it. It was $76 and they send it out to people who are specifically for leather cleaning. Would definitely recommend!”

“I dropped off my laundry at Dutch Girl to use the Wash and Fild service. The price was very fair And Jeannie did a fantastic job. The folding and the Hanged clothes came out perfect. I travel all over the country and have probably used close to a hundred laundromats and Dutch Girl definitely ranks way up at the top. Thank you again Jeannie...”

“My 1st time there, had not been to a Laundromat in years. The nighttime employee was extremely patient and showed me how to use everything I needed. She was wonderful! If I need a Laundromat again in the future, I will choose this place again. It was also extremely clean and has vendor machines for drinks and snacks, plenty of seats and tables to sit, and large machines for doing huge loads. They have an App to download and conveniently pay with a debit card. Makes doing a dull chore as easy as possible!”
“Convenient to our house. It's usual clean. The majority of the washers work well. As well as the dryers . If machines take money or doesn't work properly,the owner is fair and gives your money back for that machine. We enjoy doing our laundry here weekly!”
