“I have used this store, mostly for Amazon returns, for several years and in my experience, it is one of the better UPS Store locations. Only once did I ever have a bad experience with a sour young man that didn't know how to treat customers. Other than that, staff is normally very pleasant and efficient.”

I recently worked with Tim (I think he is the owner?) on a custom box, and he was just so nice, communicating about it with me multiple times and willing to figure it out with me. He even called me later to make sure I was satisfied with it. I'm not sure if that's a service they normally provide, but whatever the service, my impression is that they really try to work with you to get what you need.”

“I have been going to the UPS for years along with other stores in the area. They always have far more people walking through the door than other area UPS stores. Yes, there is a line almost always but every interaction I have had has taken just the same amount of time at every single location. After watching a grown a** man have a temper tantrum in the line yesterday, it occurred to me that I should probably cheer on these hard working employees. Every single interaction I have had in three years has always been pleasant and they have always gotten everything I have shipped off to where it needs to be and on time if not early. You all are doing great.”
