Mailbox Centers near Hendersonville, NC

“Let me start by saying I have come in to this location and shipped many items to many places and they have always done a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the most recent time there were some packing errors and the items I dropped off to ship did not make it to the receiver in good condition. This caused an unfortunate chain of events between me and the buyer that bought the item. When I came in to discuss the incident I got to meet with Kyle (owner) and Tim (Manager). Kyle and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right due to the unfortunate packing error. Listen, we are all humans and we all make mistakes. I don't want this review to ever discourage anyone from coming in to do business here. This is a wonderful shop that stands by their work. They proved that to me. I can honestly say the world needs more humans like Kyle and Tim and we need more businesses like this one. If you need something packed and shipped, go here. If you need a mailbox rental, go here. If you have a little girl who loves toys (like I do), go here and buy her a toy. Support local businesses and ABSOLUTELY support this local business. I know that I will!”

“Went to brevard ups store and got treated like crap, drove up here to Hendo and the guy was super extra helpful and totally chill, no stress no mess. This store should retrain brevard.”

“Had an issue with the Dish network, and the return of equipment. Chasity, the store manager, addressed my immediate concern, fully engaged in my problem, with understanding, complete accommodation, and rectified my issue above and beyond my expectation. Thank You!!”
