“I took a friend to Pardee Urgent Care this morning. Frankly, it was one of the best visits to an urgent care ever, from beginning to end. The practice manager checked us in. Polite, professional, quick and easy checkin. We were taken to a room within a few minutes, in line with expected waiting time on the website.The nurse Fred was so very pleasant, kind, and considerate.Practitioner MJ Lee was wonderful, with both of us. Asked good questions, and exhibited great patience with my friend, who is honestly rather difficult to understand because his speech is quite unclear. She really listened, and drilled down with followup questions. I felt my friend received a very thorough physical exam, excellent health care advice, and a complete treatment plan. She answered all of our questions in great detail and plain English, and was very patient in repeating when necessary so that my friend could understand everything. We both feel confident in her diagnosis and plan. We were treated with kindness, dignity, and professionalism.All three people we had contact with are a true credit to the health care profession.I'm grateful to have Pardee so close to us in Fairview. We are from out of town, but frequent visitors, (sometimes four months a year) and don't have a local doctor. But now, I feel like we DO have a personal (and personable) care provider in MJ Lee and the Pardee team.I won't hesitate to return when necessary, and would refer any friend here.As a side note, this is one of the cleanest and nicest medical facilities I've been in, and at my age, that's many!
